Decent, except the bed!

The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in. We arrived at almost 10pm and we were in our room within minutes. We got settled in pretty quickly. The rooms did have a fridge and microwave, which was nice. The bed was very, very hard though and the pillows were about half the size of a king pillow. Definitely a size I haven't seen before. The room seemed pretty clean, but they need to do some upkeep. Someone had left the heat lamp on in the bathroom previously, so the top of the bathroom door looked like it had been burned. The coffee in the morning and the continental breakfast were less than decent, but got us by until we got someplace else. The area was nice, lots to do nearby and seemed safe. Overall a decent stay, just wish the beds were a little more comfortable. Also, I was working from the room at one time and the table was very wobbly. Hard to really do anything on it. The Wi-Fi always worked great, so that was a plus also. I've stayed at many hotels were the Wi-Fi was horrible in the rooms.

Walls were half paited, trash and grass in bed on arrival, roach in bathtub, smelled like urine.

Good breakfast choices. Could have gotten a better room rate using travel coupon rather than going thru 3rd party billing.

I held the reservation on a credit card hold! I arrived AND decided to pay cash, but they took it out of my credit card anyway! NO ONE AT HOTEL KNOWS HOW TO FIX THIS! I'VE PAID DOUBLE FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY! IF THIS IS NOT FIXED BY THE TIME I GO BACK THRU CONWAY. I'M GONNA RAISE cane!
