great hotel and close to shopping and our family

Pros: Friendly staff and nice accommodations.
Cons: none
Location: The location was nice because it was close to shopping areas.
It was nice. There were renovations going on and it did not impact our stay at all.

Hotel need updating

Pros: The room was clean
Cons: Update hotel
The hotel was okay. Over priced based on condition of hotel. The rooms, elevator, lobby, etc needs to be updated. The pool was smaller than the photos suggest. The staff was okay, not exceptional.

Convenient location

Cons: Need mattress
Good location but the bed was very uncomfortable. I can feel the spring in the mattress.

great stay tough to get too!

Pros: I have stayed here before and the staff is always friendly.
Cons: The entrance to the hotel has changed and its very difficult to get to.
Location: Plenty of food nearby and close to interstate.

Difficult to locate

Pros: The room smelled fresh.
Cons: I had to wait 10 minutes until desk clerk returned. No one to greet me when I arrived.
Location: Good location Close to restaurant and shopping.
Apparently this hotel was recently purchased. I am sure it will get the signage situation resolved.

Decent stay

Pros: The price was decent
Cons: Could do with upgrades in the rooms
Location: The hotel was close to the Interstate but my GPS had a hard time fing the hotel
The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs updates, the bathroom was clean but dated, the window shades were old and stained. There is only one elevator to service the whole hotel.

Pros: clean, quiet room
Location: resturants and other stores nearby
my gps had me going around in circles getting there, could see the hotel but new construction on roads perhaps had me going elsewhere. Finally called and they got me there

Broken door handles that no one ever came to fix. Dirty sink and floor. No one ever addressed our issues

Nice refreshing hotel

We loved it from the minute we walked in. The lobby area was more like a living room than a hotel lobby. It has a very welcoming atmosphere and the staff just added to it! They were so friendly. We not only felt welcomed but like we belonged also.
