My room was not cleaned properly prior to my stay. The shower was filthy and there was no tissue in the room. The bathroom door’s lock was broken and when we asked for extra towels they could only spare 3 face towels for my 4 day stay. The Tv in the bedroom did not work, and when we called down to the front desk no one answered. This place also has very limited parking. Two nights we had to park in the Tesla parking due to the lack of pearling options and other guests just making spots. This place had tons of potential but really I was really disappointed.

The young lady at the front desk with the braids is always very helpful whenever I come to stay for my weekend visitations with my children. Very polite, very clean.

We were in room 118 and located outside all day were the cleaning crew and carts. We had a mouse in our room, were moved to a different room which has no extra sheets for the sofa bed, no blankets. Used pillows behind the couch. Spot cleaned only. Took my daughters there for a Vampire Diaries convention and would have moved hotels as did others, we found the mouse in the couch and we were ready for bed. A refund or offer of something would have been nice. But nothing!!

Green Inn Delight
The hotel facilities are newly renovated and the faci is super guest friendly. Facilities common spaces are great and the room comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff was friendly and professional no matter the time or day. For the most part the area was nice and quiet, with the exception of my 4th night. Guest checked in the room next to me around 3AM and blasted loud music, talking for almost 2-hours. I called front desk and the volume went only down slightly. I don’t think they managed the loud music at an unreasonable hour well.

I had to move rooms multiple times there were roaches and they had home defense to use the bathroom flooded and all I was offered was towels after I had to clean it up there was a roach on the bed where my one year old was sleeping after they sprayed the manager Octavia is very nasty and rude and wouldn’t do anything to accommodate me after all the issues that went on let alone even apologize I use to love this hotel but with the new management I would never spend another penny I would rather sleep under a bridge before considering staying at that location ever again !!!
