Needs more regular servicing
Nice apartment in great location. Only thing that let it down was the servicing. For the significant amount you pay, you would assume that for a stay of 12 nights you would get more than 1 service. Not asking for a service every day noting the apartment type but most places i have stayed service maximum every 5 nights.

We stayed for 3 nights with extended family with 3 small children. The apartments were perfect for us! Clean, large, kitchen for preparing meals. The locations is amazing, right across the road from the beach, it made for a fabulous holiday and we'll definitely be back.

Excellent Stay Away From the Crowds
Great stay for a family of 5. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast, but close enough to drive to get there if necessary. Very close to the beach and a few very nice quality restaurants easily within walking distance. Would definitely recommend a stay if ever travelling to Coolangatta or Tweed Heads. The rooms were very neat and tidy and the view was amazing. Great getaway from the Australian winter.

love the location and the apartment. Everything was tidy but it just felt dirty. There were crumbs in the drawers and and the bowls. cups & cutlery weren't clean. Upon arrival, the floor in the master bedroom was wet and we just assumed that it had recently been cleaned. We ran the bath for the kids and the next morning the floor was so wet all under the carpet and under our suitcases and lap tops etc. Reception sent someone up to dry it out but it was still wet and we didn't use the bath after that. We have four kids and had put money away for over a year for a holiday in QLD and it just felt like we wasted our money when it came to the hotel. Also, house keeping came in part way through our stay to makes beds etc but when we arrived back to the apartment after a day out we discovered that they'd left 3 of the sliding doors unlocked. We were on the second floor with easy access from the street so they should have re locked the doors before they left because the apartment had our valuables in it.

We all enjoyed our stay at reflection on the sea .The beds were very comfortable. Waking up in the morning having a cuppa looking at the ocean was so relaxing The staff Jodi was very nice and helpful. We will definitely go back .

Great condo is a nice building. Ocean view cannot be beat for the price in Coolangatta. Loads of dining options directly downstairs & groceries within 2 blocks. Great surf break right across the street for fellow surfers.

The apartment was dirty. Carpet not clean. Bedding and pillows were stained. A blanket in the wardrobe, when I pulled it out, was not folded. It had been shoved on by the previous guest and when I opened it there was skids toy and rubbish inside it. The vacuum is broken. A part from the cleanliness, the hotel itself is lovely, the area is beautiful and I go there yearly. I was just very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

Great hotel
Great location and hotel. Shame that smoking was still allowed in building as smoke would drift onto our balcony and into the rooms. Also a bit of construction in the building which was noisy and we were not informed of in advance. Otherwise a really nice place to stay

Sorry to hear your stay wasn't what you had hoped. Our spa has been out of action, due to the unavailability of parts. Like many businesses atm the wait time on receiving parts is longer then usual. We have been giving guests full assess to spa and other amenities in our other tower, and would have offered you the same should we have known. Sorry for any inconvenience's, on this occasion.

Great location and sea breeze
On arrival we were informed that the A/C was broken and would not be able to be repaired until after our visit. We were given an option for full refund and to find accommodation elsewhere, however nothing available to fit the 7 of us. Fortunately the weather was not too hot and hotel gave us cooling fans for each room, which sufficed. They also gave us all day free breakfast vouchers for the duration of our stay.

Love this place and the views
We booked and paid online for a certain type of apartment but this wasn’t what greeted us. After a chat with management and a night spent in the sky home we were accommodated in what we were after - and given breakfast vouchers. The apartment was airy and light and the location is perfect for walking,shopping and dining. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for a longer stay.

Moana who was on reception was absolutely amazing... her friendly... kind nature is an asset to this resort. She only worked another day of our stay but absolutely outstanding... excellent to have a receptionist who clearly has her travellers needs as a top priority... Only disappointment for us is the guest in adjacent appartment smoked constantly on her balcony and the vapours filled our balcony and bedrooms and living rooms.. we had to shut all our doors and turn ac on... Magnificent view. Well equipped Rooms... perfect getaway...we hope to return again.

Excellent position across the road from the beach. The apartment with super view of beach and water was spacious and had all you need for your stay. Walking distance to everything you would need In general area. Very relaxing stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff at check in. Awesome location. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. My only fault would be only having a double bed in the main bedroom, thinking that is should be at least a queen size.
