Very thin walls. Clearly heard the neighbor snoring. Tried to buy a soda in the lobby at night, but no one was around to take my money. The breakfast, and the woman in charge of serving it were both extraordinary.

Hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating (late check out). One reason I made a reservation here was because of the guest laundry. Dirty baseball uniforms every day. Laundry was not available. Had to do it by hand in the room, both wash and dry. Pool/hot tub was only open 6pm-10pm ?? Breakfast was very good.

A bit disappointed that pool was not working and washer/dryers were not working. A week at a baseball tournament with kids these things are a must. Very convenient location

Wonderful property nestled in the mountains close to Cooperstown. Comfortable rooms only thing I would give a negative review on is the air conditioning was very strong in terms of the force and the shower was not made for taller people. A little updating to that would be nice. Staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was not bad either 👍👍
