Nice staff, they was really great! In front of the beach, really nice environment. The breakfast was delicious and wide selection

The property was amazing no complaints the staff was good and the food was nice can't wait to go back again, and out side the hotel is a very beautiful beach you can check out , tour and everything else you can go to the desk to book.

The location was excellent, right on the Copacabana beach. The check in staff and Bar staff were excellent, polite and very helpful. However the Restaurant staff were not. We waited for 20 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. The rooms seemed worn out and the hotel needed a refurbishment.

This is a nice hotel with very nice staff. The room is comfortable with no issues. I'm a pretty picky person and I think that you won't be disappointed with this one.

We loved the proximity of the hotel being right on the beach. Everything about this hotel was so fantastic except for the tv. Remote didn’t work properly and no English channels. Tvs are different everywhere we travel. It would be great if there were written instructions in the room when we arrived.
