Very dated room staff okay breakfast service slow when ordering hot food

Near places to do or visit. Good location.

Bad view 3rd floor. Faucets are very old not fiction ingredients right. Shower water temperature could not be stable. Air conditioning change urgent update. The bathrooms have no ventilation which had a sewer smell. No business center staff not able to print our boarding passes on online check-in. An overall horrible experience!

Pros: View
Location: Downtown and next to Tivoli Gardens
Withing walking distance of attractions such as Tivoli gardens and shopping.

Convenient but...

This place is undergoing a renovation. Tiny rooms. Not the cleanest. Avoid unless convenience of Central Station is important.

A king bed is actually 2 single beds together!!

Pros: Nothing
Even though we had a note on file and paid for rooms on Saturday night (because we were actually arriving Sunday am 8am) they gave away our rooms that we had already paid for. Took a manager - not front desk - to find us a room. No apology. Hotel is noisy, beds are uncomfortable. Would never stay there again.

Perfect location, clean friendly hotel. We arrived in the morning after getting of a cruise and we're able to check in early which was greatly appreciated. Helpful staff and good food.

Stayed for the night

I was returning home from a week in Serrento and had a 16 hour layover in Copenhagen. I wanted to see Tivoli Gardens again, and this hotel is across the street from the Gardens. The train ride from the airport to the hotel was very convenient. I was able to tour the Gardens and enjoy a quiet dinner ( a delicious chef salad with a glass of wine) at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. It was overall a great albeit short experience. I highly recommend this hotel if you ever visit Copenhagen.

The hotel is 5 minute walk from Central Station. More of a 'business' hotel. Lobby is clean but uninspiring. Rooms are clean but need upgrading. Annoyingly, it was not easy to phone Reception, room service or the Concierge on your room phone.

great location

Pros: great location, easy transit from and to airport
Cons: stayed here in 2009, room is starting to feel dated, not as nice as I remember
Location: museums, shopping, bakeries, coffee places, restaurants
room is a good size for 2 people - enough space to move around, staff is polite, friendly, and helpful
