TRIPLE ROOM???? NEVER IN THIS WORLD

Pros: The location.
Cons: Do not advertise a room as being suitable for 3 adults when you know this is not true.
Location: Easy walking distance to everything, lovely shopping area and lots of places to eat.
I can only say this is the worse room I have ever stayed in, I have used this hotel before but this time is THE VERY LAST time, the room is advertised as being a TRIPLE room, we booked it for 3 adult ladies, 3 children would only just about find comfort in it. It is way to small for 3 adults, there wasn't enough room to move or to open the fridge door.The "PULL OUT" bed was so uncomfortable, I have been home 2 days and still have the most dreadful lower back pain. I did go to reception to complain and was told they would "SORT" it, I explained that the metal bars were causing discomfort and that I had not been able to sleep. When we arrived back the "SORT" it turned out to be another 2 inch mattress put on top of the 2 inch mattress already on it, as there was only one chair in the room, the other two guests would need to sit on the beds but I can promise you there was NO WAY anyone could sit on that pull out bed because of the numerous metal bars along the whole side. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of booking this hotel for 3 adults to avoid doing so, these rooms are way to cramped.

NO BREAKFAST!!!!!!!!

Pros: The cleaning lady.... She was the only member of staff we met after our initial contact with reception. We had no reason to speak to anyone else
Location: It was a well place...easy from the railway station..central location. From airport bus 5C stops very close by.
On booking with Expedia it said breakfast included.....we always book with breakfast.... Tried to discuss it with hotel reception...told it wasn't their problem....emailed Expedia and they were showing breakfast included. Contacted Expedia....they said it wasn't included... Well we will NEVER book with them again....

Decent hotel in good location for seeing Copenhagen. Right round the corner from Tivoli gardens and easy walking distance to all other sights.

The bad thing were..need upgrade their system. The bad room access card always does not work. Specially when used it to go in elevators

Great location!

Hotel manager not service oriented at all!! We had an inconvenience with the telephone and the toilet during our stay. They never seemed to care. At check out, they didn't even bothered to ask how was our stay... I guess they already had our money!!

Cons: THE HOTEL NEEDS TO BE MORE COOPERATIVE AND COMPASSIONATE!
Not a good experience. Had to cancel and found no cooperation.

Ok hotel, but not good value for money

It is quite overpriced for the quality of the room, though this may go for a lot of things in Copenhagen. The staff is not kind.

The Square Hotel

Pros: Location, Modern, good service
Cons: better air conditioning
Location: see above, the hotel is central so you can walk to all the tourist attractions
Excellent hotel to be in the heart of Copenhagen. Just a five minute walk from the Central station train station so easy access to and from the airport for 36 KR. Located on the main square and easy 25 minute walk through the main shopping street will take you to the beautiful Nyhavn waterfront for a boat tour of Copenhagen (40 KR). The architecture is amazing and don't forge to walk over the bridge and visit the food stalls at paperion

Hotel is centrally located, walking distance to great shopping. Front desk manger named Christian was amazingly helpful. Great value for the money. Highly recommended.
