Copenhagen city break

Pros: Location, helpful staff.
Cons: Restaurant furniture is rather jaded. Room is squashed for the number of people.
Location: Close to station, supermarket and many places of interest. Everything in Copenhagen city is in walking distance.
Very good location close to station and places to visit. Generally fine although I was woken at 6.30am one morning by a cleaner working by my room. I had the quiet room I requested. I assumed breakfast was included in the rate so was disappointed by this extra bill - over £20 per day for the breakfast. Room clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful.

Central convenient city hotel

Pros: position, staff, rooms, breakfast
Location: quite near the hotel there is a pedestrianised avenue with lots of very varied shopping, street food and restaurants. it is also very close to Tivoli
loved the spacious comfortable lobby. rooms were not huge but quite adequate, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. breakfasts were amazing. staff were friendly and helpful. altogether good value for a central city hotel.

Not worth it

Pros: Location.
Cons: WiFi. Optimize space utilization and provide shelf room.
Location: Tivoli Gardens. Train station. Supermarkets. Shopping. Exchange bureaus. Cafés and restaurants.
The location is good. By Tivoli and Train station. But no WiFi!! It was down and that made my trip so difficult. Internet is just a very basic necessity for travellers nowadays and it is unacceptable to pay such a high price and get no WiFi. Besides that, there is nothing outstanding about this hotel. Small rooms, with poor use of space. At least give us some shelf space to put our stuff and get rid of the useless crap cluttering the litle space you offer your guests! For the price I paid, there are far better options.

Great location

Pros: Central location. Close to Tivoli and Hop-on/Hop-off.
Due to a misunderstanding at checkout, we were billed for the breakfast buffet both mornings. I thought the desk clerk was asking about the number of persons (2), but apparently he was asking for the number of mornings (1). Hopefully the hotel will adjust the charges on our credit card billing.

Great hotel. Bit noisy as work was being done on the building opposite which started very early. We got upgraded to use the lounge with free drinks and snacks which was excellent

The toilet bowl was disgusting for a 4 star hotel!

Exhorbitant amount for the tinest bed

Pros: Location. USB chargers and Bose speaker system.
Cons: Bigger beds and pillows and Internet you don't get booted off every few minutes.
Location: Tivoli. Hard Rock Cafe.
Sour check in staff, and the tinest bed and pillow I've ever had the misfortune to sleep on. Great about holding luggage after you check out. Great location near train station and Tivoli. Substantial breakfast, but sucky internet..

Close to downtown

Large wording in ad said " free breakfast " so we booked it. Then saw small wording after booking that said "breakfast not included ". A little confusing and misleading but over all, our experience was good.

Modern, clean hotel in the city centre.

Pros: Close to the city centre.
Cons: Better curtains. Ours were difficult to open and close.
Location: Near the main shopping area and city hall as well as Tivoli.
It was our third stay at the hotel. It is well managed and convenient. It provides all the necessities well.
