Pros: location and friendliness of the staff
Cons: because it is in an old warehouse that has been redone the rooms especially in the older part are not large.
Location: From the canal tours to all the walking streets everything is quite close
great location...quiet enough at night yet very well located for exploring the city and shopping

Great location and views and close to all amenitiePosted Aug 27, 2015
Great little hotel that is close to the metro station, river bus, canal cruises, Royal Palace, bus tour routes, pretty much everything. Friendly staff and good menu (although we didn't sample it!). Warning though, DO NOT be fooled into thinking that the Junior Suite in room 625 is a suite. It is not a room anyone would want to pay for unless it was heavily discounted. Very small and no view. We had to upgrade to a lovely room (302) but had to pay more for the privalage. Breakfast was not included in the stay, would have been nice if it was, especially since I am sure the Expedia blurb said it was! Would recommend but not the Junior Suite in 625! :-(

Lovely position for a short visit.Posted Aug 25, 2015
An interesting and very well situated hotel. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful and the room comfortable. The bathroom , however , was small. We would indeed recommend this hotel, it has lots of atmosphere.

Location: This hotel is located in what appears to be a centre for tourists and locals alike with numerous places to eat and drink. A great location.
This was a great hotel for a city break being near to many tourist attractions and surrounded by lively area with numerous places to eat and drink with a lively street scene. However it was quiet at nigh so sleeping not a problem. We were there during quite warm weather for Copenhagen so room a bit warm without air conditioning but I understand that some rooms in hotel equipped with this facility. Hotel staff first class.

Clean hotel right on the harborPosted Aug 23, 2015
Pros: This hotel has its own bar and restaurant
Cons: Electrical...our room had an extension cord going from near the light switch to the desk lamp. Only one additional outlet.
Location: Th metro, the little mermaid, the royal family's living quarters, Christiansborg Palace, Church of Our Savior, Copenhagen Opera House, Nyhavn
Stayed here on a Sunday night. Our room was quiet and clean.

Great location on the harbourPosted Aug 22, 2015
The hotel is wonderfully located on Nyhavn, walking distance to most major attractions and next door to the water bus stop. My room was very small and had no air conditioning, I could only find one plug socket that worked. To make it worse, the shower didn't have a separate basin so the whole floor of the bathroom was wet when I used it. There were also flies in the bathroom. The hotel could do with refurbishment. The breakfast is ridiculously expensive too!

Lovely position, in the heart of Nyhavn.Posted Aug 15, 2015
Pros: Position, overlooking the canal and waterways.
Cons: Lots of new building work in the area, so some noise particularly first thing in the morning, but this will inevitable be completed soon.
Location: Tour of new Opera house, wonderful building. Hop on/off canal boat with commentary. Tivoli Garden Nyhavn lots of places to eat, boat watching.
Friendly people. Safe relaxed environment. Great for a short city break. We had fantastic weather which made a great difference, but still lots to do if weather inclement.
