Ideal base

Posted Dec 6, 2016
Pros: I like that the hotel had a swimming pool and spa pool , ideal for easing sore legs after a day of walking round the city.
Cons: The showers in the swimming pool changing rooms needed a proper clean.
Location: The little mermaid is just a short walk away and all Copenhagen museums and the Tivoli gardens are on the bus route, easy to move around the city.
Adina apartment hotel was smart, comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and efficient. the hotel was situated in a new development near The Little Mermaid, but access into the city was simple using a city pass on the buses which went directly into the city. Ideal for sightseeing and such.

Long weekend in Copenhagen

Posted Dec 6, 2016
Pros: Facilities.
Cons: Not much.
Location: Near the little mermaid and convenient public transport into the centre of Copenhagen.
The Alina Hotel is a short walk from the waterside statue of the Little Mermaid (Den Lil Havfrau). That makes it a 30 or 40 minute walk to the centre of Copenhagen. If the weather is fine, that is a real treat along the water front. Alternatively, the 26 bus runs from the hotel to Kongens Nytorv which puts you right in the heart of things (Nyhavn and Stroget) in less than 10 minutes. 10 minutes walk away or three or four stops on the 26 bus is Osterport station from where you can get trains directly to and from the Airport. The rooms have a well appointed kitchen including an oven, a microwave, a hob, a dish washer and a fridge. There is a reasonable supermarket on the corner so self catering is a real option. The rooms are very comfortable for two. Two more people can be accommodated on a bed settee, but whereas there are enough facilities, it is a bit of a squeeze. The wi-fi was quick and reliable (and included in our stay). The staff were friendly, helpful and aproachable. If you want somewhere to stay where you do not want to eat out three times a day then as long as you are ok with walking or public transport, this place cannot be beaten.

Serviceable but a bit rough around the edges

Posted Dec 6, 2016
Pros: Nice large rooms. One REALLY nice breakfast touch - every table had a thermal carafe of coffee on it, so no wait for a nice hot cup in the morning.
Cons: New carpet. Broader breakfast selection. Working hot water at a consistent temperature
Location: Off the beaten path.
Residential location on the water - you're out of downtown, which is nice, but in a city without functioning Uber that means long waits for cabs, long walks, or being a local and riding your bike irrespective of weather. As for the hotel - room carpet was beyond its useful life, and hot water was unreliable - my first shower on arrival was so cold that I asked the desk if there was an issue; they came to my room, ran their hand under the tepid watcher that was coming out, and deemed it to be "hot" (if you can hold your hand under full-on "hot" water for 2 minutes it isn't hot...). Breakfast was minimal but doable; 7 am seems like a late time to start serving if you are serving business guests who need to be somewhere at 8. All in all, not bad; not great, so a middling grade of 3.

Great Apartment Hotel on outskirts of Copenhagen

Posted Nov 29, 2016
Pros: The area it was in, the decor and the amenities.
Cons: Definitely needs to be a proper bed in the room if selling to 3 people.
Location: Quiet area with nice Italian restaurant nearby. Llovely bakery with seating area for breakfasts and coffee and a Netto supermarket for everything else
Lovely Apartment Hotel, with all the comforts of home. Complete Kitchen which contained full size washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, oven and hob and every piece of cutlery and crockery you could wish for. Tastefully decorated with a lovely bathroom. Only downside was that the 3rd person bed was a camp bed which was uncomfortable and inappropriate for an adult.

Convent location close to train station

Posted Nov 26, 2016
Pros: Great location. Supermarket close by. Helpful staff.
Location: Close to the train station and supermarket. Little mermaid is also within walking distance.
Hotel is located close to the metro station and next to the supermarket. Pool is slightly smaller than it looks in the picture but still decent. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very comfortable room, very warm, clean and cosy. Clean, new and fresh and bathroom was lovely too, the building felt new. Also Close to train station and handy for some attractions on the quay-side such as the little mermaid. Liked the pool and sauna which were well maintained and a lovely treat on the Sunday morning Very reasonably priced and would be happy to stay there again
Cons: Lack of tea and coffee facilities- we had to ask for additional tea and milk Resteraunt menu wasn't particularly inspiring

Good Location & Comfortable Room

Posted Nov 13, 2016
Location: All downtown is close. Great location to the train station & buses. Little Mermaid is 10 minute walk away.
This hotel is a reasonable price option in expensive Copenhagen. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean and the hotel is located close to the central core. It's extremely easy to get around town - lots of things are walk-able & there is a supermarket nearby. Staff were friendly & spoke excellent english (like most people in friendly Denmark!)

In Ordnung, aber kein Knaller.

Posted Nov 3, 2016
