Cons: må vaskes ned og ut med vegg til vegg tepene
bærer preg av å være gammelt og dårlig vedlikeholdt. I2015 har de fortsatt vegg til vegg tepper som nok har ligget en del år. Det lukter gammelt med en gang du kommer inn på rommet. Har en god plassering i forhold til Tivoli og gå gatene.

Toppenbra läge, bra på alla sätt förutom frukosten som var ofräsch och personalen var tyvärr sur och ointresserad av att rätta till det.

Cons: Ja, ved en konkret reservation kunne man blive oplyst om at, f.eks. et dobbeltværelse, er et lille værelse og ikke 2 rum, som vi bestilte og betalte.
Vi synes ikke at værelset stod mål med hverken pris eller de oplysninger der var tilgængelige ved bestillingen.

One Star Four Star Hotel

Pros: Location and the fact that it's in Copenhagen.
Cons: Everything. It needs a totally new update.
Location: Great location -- near Tivoli and shopping.
I was looking forward to my stay at this hotel. Convenient to Tivoli and shopping. I checked in and was told I was upgraded to an apartment which was next door. A little inconvenient to the hotel facilities (breakfast, fitness room, bar) but thought it might be nice. The apartment was big but that's it. Small TV in the living room but no TV in the bedroom. Didn't matter much since there weren't any US TV stations and I don't speak Danish. Heat didn't work for two days despite repeated requests. The shower had no pressure when hot. The hotel bar was poorly stocked. No restaurants and therefore no food after 9:30 PM which is when I got back from my biz meetings. The staff was a mixed bag when they were actually at the front desk. Some were friendly and helpful but others seemed to think they were doing me a favor. For a wake up call the phone was as the end of the livng room and no phone in the bedroom. As to the decor, it was "early attic" with uncomfortably and poorly appointed furniture and bed. I wish I could say something good about the hotel; I guess the only good thing is that it is in Copenhagen.

Bra beliggenhet, grei frokost

Vi var tre jenter som hadde bestilt dobbeltrom med ekstraseng, da vi sjekket inn fikk vi en leilighet i stedet.. Hadde lest på forhånd at flere var misfornøyde med denne løsningen, men det passet oss midt i blinken med goood plass! Dårlig renhold og mye støv på soverommet, men ellers fint :) Litt lytt både fra rommene rundt og utenfra, men perfekt beliggenhet! Vi gikk uansett hvor vi skulle. Hotellet leier ut sykler :)
