This hotel was conveniently located near the airport. Though when we were there, the main road was closed and we had to go the long way around. Room was big, however the bathroom was very small. There was a strange smell in my room during the stay. The hotel was bit confusing to navigate. There were rooms everywhere, with all sorts of numbers. Breakfast was great.

Just what we needed! Super comfy bed, good air circulation, friendly staff… nice lounge area :) Lovely breakfast. Easy to get to around the city and a quick train to the airport. Recommend!

The bathroom has a heated floor. Which is really neat until you realise you can’t turn it off. The bathroom door did not close properly. When it did close it was exceptionally difficult to open. My daughter got stuck inside the first time we used it. It took five minutes and a fair bit of effort to get the door open. We never closed it fully after that. Which meant the bathroom was effectively a huge radiator. The room quickly became hot. Which seemed to affect the fridge. It was great having the kitchen facilities in the room except the compressor in the fridge frequently came on after midnight. And it was really loud. It would remain on for half an hour at a time, waking us up at regular intervals. Nice room. Should have been great facilities. But sadly, impossible to get a good night’s sleep due to the heat and noise. Which defeats the whole object of staying there.

Shabby. Main carpets dirty, paint peeling in stairwells. Elevator barely functioning. Better than a hostel only to the extent that the bathroom was not shared. No soap, no shampoo (which one normally sees even in budget hotels) but one could purchase a little bit of each for a total of 30 Krone. Ridiculous. Likewise, the cost for a simple cup of brewed coffee was outrageous. I had just stayed in the Scandic Go Hotel in Stockholm and had similar expectations. Not only were those expectations not met, but I was just a step above disgusted.

I've stayed here before and the experience this time was equality as good. Easy transport link to airport and city. Adequate basic clean room. Breakfast does the job, nice lounge for a beer at night, and extremely reasonable price.

The staff were great and cleanliness was fine. The breakfast was also good. The hallways and rooms were sort of depressing. For example the curtain in our room had come unhemmed, so there was a sense of neglect.

Thanks for the warm welcome, comfy bed and good breakfast. Every hotel should have drinks and snacks available for purchase on check in! Hotel also gave me a room with less walking distance on request. Would stay again.

Very basic, even for the price. Soap and shampoo cost extra, bed is very small about 75cm width. Soccer field outside the room kept lighting on until late. I wouldn't recommend this hotel even for the price.

You could hear everything that was happening including the guy snoring in the room next door and people walking up and down the hallways. There was absolute no sound proofing

Flexibility
It was amazing and comfortable but I wish they could be more flexible. I requested for takeaway breakfast because I have an early morning flight but it was not granted because they said breakfast starts at 5AM and I had to leave at 4AM. Given the fact that their hotel is situated near the airport, I'm pretty sure they have guests with early morning flights. It would have been nice if they were able to arrange something to accommodate my request since I paid for that food.

The room is clean, featuring comfortable beds, ample space, and good lighting. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety with impressive presentation. The first room we got had a very small bathroom with a handheld shower and no enclosure which wouldn’t work for our family. However, upon requesting, we were promptly provided with a different room that had a separate shower. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station and only one stop away from the airport. Highly recommended.

We weren't able to make it to Go Hotel because a snow storm closed all highways and rail from N Denmark to Copenhagen for 24 hrs. Accordingly, DSB (Danish Rail) did reimburse us. Go Hotel refused to cancel our reservation, sending us to Expedia which sent us back to Go saying Go had a strict cancellation policy. That may well be the case but as customer we deserved better treatment given the extreme weather situation.

Exceptionally cold night and the radiator was not working, sink was leaking. Also this was listed as an airport hotel but it did not offer a shuttle so it cost an extra$40 to go to and from the airport, in the freezing cold and snow. Airport staff said this is the only hotel that doesn't participate in the shuttle program. Expedia should track and identify hotels that offer the shuttle as a service to customers

Don't be fooled by the gorgeous photo of the lobby. That's the only nice part of this hotel. Only stay here if you need a few hours sleep before a flight and you don't need to shower. If you need to shower, definitely pay for the pricier room. We ended up paying for an upgrade because our room smelled like sewer, had a shower head that was just on the wall between the sink and toilet in the tiniest of bathrooms, and only had enough space either for us or our bags but not both. The corridors have the thinnest, stained carpet and look like a cross between a university dorm and something out of a horror movie.

Stayed here after flying into CPH Kastrup Airport for an overnight layover. Just one stop from CPH on the train to Torgnet station. You can see the Go Hotel upon leaving the station. There is a Netto discount market here which is plus as Copenhagen is pricey. Check in fast and easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small bar in lobby serves Carlsberg and snacks. Quiet, safe easy location for a layover. Recommended.

The standard room we originally booked into was awful, it smelt terrible and the 'bathroom' was so tiny that the 'shower' wasnt seperate to the toilet or basin it was just a hand shower attached to the wall so you would need to shower between the toilet and basin taking care not to wet the toilet or toilet paper while trying not to get the water into the room, the room probably smelt bad because the carpet gets wet all the time - it would be near impossible not to. Fortunately the lovely mam on reception found us alternate rooms (for additional price of course). The description didnt description when booking didnt reflect the reality. The staff were brilliant during our stay and its really well placed for transport both from the airport and into town with a grocery store for supplies right there too.

A perfect long weekend in Copenhagen
The hotel was perfect for a 4 day stay. It was only a few minutes walk to Tarnby train station and then only a few minutes to the airport in one direction or Copenhagen in the other. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. The hotel staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. There was a cosy area near reception where you could chill out. The rooms were very simple but comfortable and very clean. The shower was lovely. Parking was useful. There is a Netto, a pizza shop and a pub nearTarnby Station that were useful.
