Good location

Posted Jun 6, 2017
Pros: Location and breakfast.
Cons: The room had no air-conditioning and there is minimal storage, i.e. no dresser or drawers.
Location: Near train station and many sights.
Staff was great for the most part. The rooms do not have A/C, only a table fan which is not very well noted in the room description.

Extremely well placed in terms of public transport

Posted May 21, 2017
For a 3 stars hotel it's a very good cost /benefit. Centrally located it's great if you are going all over town since public transportation is so good in the city. My room had problems with the WiFi and the staff immediately supplied a mobile WiFi unit. We stayed for 3 nights. We had a terrace were we could see the city skyline. And the hotel is next door to the Tivoli. A mini fridge would be nice.

Decent for a night or two

Posted May 21, 2017
This hotel has a good location and is clean, which is good for a night or two. If you want to stay longer, find something else. The room had a bed and small work table. Nothing else for comfort. The bathroom was small and shower area tiny. There was a small cabinet, but without a door though there was a good sized safe. The redeeming part of this hotel is the location, which is very central in Copenhagen with easy access to almost everything.

The train pasa under the window at all hours.

Pros: Location within short walk of central station.
Recommend to request a back room. The pictures on the website make the rooms seem larger than they are. Otherwise Ok.

Very convenient for the city centre

Posted Apr 22, 2017
Pros: Convenient for the city centre and friendly staff.
Cons: See comments above
Noisy and very warm as not able to have the windows open as at the front of the hotel and overlooked a busy road and the railway. Bread for toast was mouldy but soon rectified also cold water for the tea one day. The orange/juice control pad was very difficult to read (in direct sunshine) and to change the quantity of juice required was not clear. The fruit with breakfast was not the same varieties each day and the cereals all had too much sugar. Gym reasonably well equiped but no air conditioning.
