Cons: Kamers zijn klein en basic ingericht. Rioolgeur in badkamer.
Location: Sfeervol hotel op loopafstand van centrum Kopenhagen, gelegen in ambassade gedeelte. Nyhavn en koninklijk paleis om de hoek.

Nyhavn harbor hotel

Nice cozy posh hotel within walking distance to Nyvahn Canal. Hotel is close to everything and easy access to bus routes. Small rooms but typical of european hotels.

hotel room was tiny

Cons: the room was dreadful.so small as to be unusable
Location: fine
location of hotel was fine; public areas ( reception etc.) ok:: breakfast was excellent; " double bedroom " was tiny and badly furnished; the double bed , jammed up against the window, was small, had a single bed headboard and was sloped in such a manner that i fell out of the bed during one night. The " so-called " ensuite bathroom was so small as to be difficult to use. I think I can best describe it by saying that the space was such that one could perform all of the functions that one normally performs in a bathroom/toilet without actually moving and with a lot of your body parts protruding into the bedroom itself. It was a truly dreadful experience. Not only that but ,on leaving, the receptionist attempted to charge me for our breakfasts which had already been included in the advance price paid. Never again

Dear Tony, I am sorry for the disappointment with the room and the service you have experienced. I do not think that the receptionist tried to charge you extra of any ill will, there would be no benefit for him/her to do so. However, I understand you are skeptical now that you have already had a bad experience with the small and uncomfortable room. I assume you have stayed in a small double room, which is the smallest double room we have. I am unable to see your reservation but this is what I expect from your description. Sorry for the disappointment, but thank you for providing the feedback so we can be better at perhaps informing about room size and at least fix the issues in the rooms. Sorry Again.

Great hotel in everything ....but

Food excellent, staff excellent, lovely room, excellent quiet location BUT FOR THE NON STOP RATTLING OF THE AIR CONDITIONER APPARATUS ABOVE MY BED. I went to bed thinking it was the rain beating down on the roof ( I was on the top floor) but woke up in the middle of the night then realising it wasn't raining.. I reported it to staff at breakfast( superb selection food by the way) but I was only staying the one night. They said they'd fix it . Hope for the next customer they did. Apart from this sleep depriving experience it would otherwise have got five stars from me!

Cons: Letto
Posizione ottima, centrale e comodo ai servizi, hotel con hall molto bella e curata, personale gentile e disponibile, la camera un pò piccola ma in ordine, l'unica pecca il letto non era all'altezza dello standard.

Un bel hotel mais sans personnel qualifié

Cons: Le personnel, pas désagréable mais incompétent
Nous avons séjourné trois nuits à l'hôtel. A cause de travaux dans la rue, nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude le premier soir... Cela a peut arriver et est indépendant de l'hôtel. cependant, la nuit suivante, toujours pas d'eau chaude. Après des demandes répétées à la réception pour intervenir, pas d'intervention possible: le personnel de maintenance ne travaille pas le week-end et pas moyen de changer de chambre: l'hôtel est complet. Nous avons pu finalement changer de chambre la troisième nuit après avoir insisté et que le personnel ait vérifié nos dire ... En ayant appris que la veille le propriétaire de l'hôtel avait dormi dans la chambre que nous allions recevoir. Il aurait pu nous céder sa chambre la veille, lui qui avait de l'eau chaude !!! On ne nous a pas fait payer une des nuits de notre séjour. C'est très bien, mais nous n'avons pas eu l'impression qu'à un quelconque moment le personnel ait cherché à résoudre notre problème ...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback and for staying here. Sorry for the troubles you have experienced with the lack of warm water. It was only supposed to be out for some hours but there were more rooms that had an issue later on. Our technician in general was not in during the weekend but the guy who took care of the water issues were here all weekend trying to fix the problem. The problem was that he was unable to test it in all rooms so he could only rely on the instruments in the basement telling him that everything was fine. Evidently, this was not the case for all rooms. I am very sorry about this.

清潔ですが異臭がします

Location: 人魚像、地下鉄まで徒歩圏内です。 地下鉄からはややわかりにくいですが、一度行き方がわかってからは便利だと思います。
部屋はよく言えばこじんまり、正直に言うと、かなり狭いです。雰囲気は良く、壁紙もかわいいですし、共用スペースも素敵でした。 初日の夜、22時までお湯が出ないとの事でしたが、結局終日お湯が使えずお湯が使えたのは翌日の朝10時ごろでした。 またエアコンの効きが悪く暖房はほとんど効かない状態、23℃から上がりませんでした。フロントに伝え確認してもらいましたが、異常はないとの事で、改善されず。デンマークの暖房事情がわかりませんが、室温は上がりませんでした。 あわせて、なぜか下水臭く、部屋に戻るたび臭いが気になりました。 従業員は親切で感じが良かったですが、設備は値段に見合うほどのものではなかったです。

Location: ums eck ist nyhavn; wassertaxi zur papierinsel; kanaltouren; restaurants (teuer); amalienborg-königsgarde; ströget-einkaufsmeile
einzelzimmer im 5. OG war ausreichend groß und ausreichend ausgestattet. mir fehlte persönlich in der duschecke eine ablagefläche für das duschgel; die duschbrause war leider nicht einstellbar und es kamen nur sehr kleine und zu starke wasserstrahlen raus, die das duschgel nur dürftig abspülten und sich ein morgendliches hallo-wach-erlebnis unter warmer dusche nicht erzielt wurde. schade! das frühstücksbuffet war dagegen reichhaltig mit vielen brot-/brötchensorten und croissants, käse, schinken, früchte, müsli etc. der tag konnte beginnen. frühstück bis 10 uhr für langschläfer war optimal. freundliches serviceteam. fussläufig zu vielem, was man gesehen haben sollte.
