Excellent Hotel and we’re really enjoyed staying at The Square. With the gold status as an Expedia’s member, we got a free room upgrade and free use of The Lounge where we can have free alcohol and non alcohol drinks and some snacks during 2pm until 9pm. We will stay again if we go to Copenhagen next time

Centrally located with the metro only a minute away. Tons of food options nearby as well as shopping. Super close to Tivoli and other main attractions to visit when in Copenhagen. Our room was big to accommodate the 3 guests and comfortable. With the pillows were better though. Overall, would stay again :)

I loved the VIP access it made my birthday very memorable i also loved the staff they were all so lovely the hotel was excellently located right in the heart of everything and close to transport and restaurants also the hotel felt very warm and inviting with all the added touches like the art and flowers throughout the lobby, our room was very nice our only negative during the stay was that we had very little water pressure in our shower which made having showers a slight task but otherwise we loved our stay so much

Perfect location, easily walkable to most main attractions and access to excellent public transport. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering efficient check-in and help throughout our stay, whatever the problem. The room was a little warm as the AC is off during winter and the bathroom underfloor heating is aggressive - without hesitation they supplied a fan. The room itself was a little compact but had everything and was very clean. We particularly enjoyed the Executive Lounge VIP access. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Brilliantly located for sightseeing, metro and buses. We had a double bed plus sofa bed for 3rd person, extremely tight fit. Could barely get round end of sofa bed due to permanent shelf/ desk position, so hard to reach curtains. Room was too hot, even with radiators off. Tried opening window but one of the hinges had bust and we were concerned the open window could be damaged by wind and fall off! We alerted them when we checked out. (We didn’t want the hassle of moving rooms during our stay.) View was over a ‘courtyard’ of a building site and scaffolding. First morning we were woken at 07:20 by the sound of builders using a very powerful blow torch. We called reception to complain but no one answered! Staff were kind, helpful and courteous on all occasions when we spoke with them.

Terrific hotel. Very clean, room spacious. Excellent location & walkable to most things. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious. Staff went above & beyond & made our stay delightful. I would stay here again & I recommend it.

The room was average size and very functional. Internet connection was horrible! I was on the third floor with a street view. The WiFi kept going on and off and most of the time not connecting. Sometimes I had to reenter the password. It was very frustrating when part of your work requires a good internet connection.

The Square was an excellent hotel to stay at during our visit to Copenhagen. It’s centrally located and near the metro. It took us approximately half an hour to travel to the hotel with the metro. The hotel was located near various tourist spots with lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants nearby. We were really with the service we received from the staff at the hotel and we were really happy with the room we got. The staff tried fulfill all of our requests. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Square hotel is ideally situated for main attractions and transport links. The staff spoke multiple languages, were always well presented, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The single room I had was well presented, clean, warm and stocked with toiletries and a mini bar. The Square offers a fantastic buffet breakfast on the top floor of the hotel which kept me going all day. With being in the centre of the city there was some noise level at night but this was to be expected. I have been to Copenhagen numerous times and this hotel is a great base for me when visiting family here.

Super convenient location (right across from metro station), friendly staff. room is spacious for two of us, much better than other hotels that barely have space for your luggages. 7-eleven right next door. Pillows are a bit lumpy but beddings are very clean incl mattress and the topper. Free lounge access for expedia gold member from 2-9pm for free drinks and snacks which is another plus. Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Hotel is conveniently located with Metro (Rådhuspladsen Station) and bus stop (Bus 5C) just across the road. It is 6-8 min walk to Copenhagen Central Station. Comfortable bed and quilt. Room had bath tub – it was lovely to soak and relax at the end of the day after exploring sights in Copenhagen and nearby regions. Mini-bar was a trifle on the small side. Hotel offered complimentary access to the Executive Lounge Good spread of fresh fruits; cakes; snacks and drinks. We caught a spectacular sunset on our first night at the Lounge.
