Der var lidt panik da vi ankom, men det klarede personalet i flotteste stil. Vi valgte at købe morgenmad på hotellet, det var lidt for dyrt i forhold til udvalget.

Hôtel très très décevant !

une fois dans notre chambre, très déçus nous avons décidé de prendre une chambre plus spacieuse; Malheureusement, elle sentait mauvais et était situé au 11 ème étage sous le restaurant extrêmement bruyant le soir et le matin ... !!!

Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, zum Tivoli ubd zum Zentrum läuft man doch 10Minuten, alternativ kan man einen Bus nehmen. Das Hotel ist modern und gut ausgestattet, der Service sehr gut, wie auch das Frühstück. Wir hatten die preiswerteste Kategorie, das Zimmer war sehr, sehr klein. Ansonsten gut, die Sushibar absolut zu empfehlen.

立地の悪さは否めない

想像していた通り、立地は少し悪かったです。公共の交通機関ではなく観光バスなどで市内を観光する場合はホテルの目の前にバスが停留するので便利ですが、ホテルから中央駅を歩くのは、なかなか距離がありました。 また、その道は線路沿いや大きな道路沿いだったので、夜は不安に感じると思います。

Clean, modern hotel, not close to attractions.

Location: Tivoli Gardens not real far. no cafes or bars close, construction project across the street 8/11/16
Very friendly, helpful staff. Maid service not great.We did not get coffee cups second day and neighbors did not get clean towels.

Dear Guest. Thank you for reviewing your stay. Your are right that there re nor bars or cafes close by the hotel, but we have four bars at the hotel where to enjoy a coffee. Two of them are located on the 12th floor with stunning view over the city. So this is a great alternative to going out. Thank you for the nice comments about the staff. We appreciate it! hotel good

Could do with a free shuttle bus from the hotel to Tivoli Central Station as a little walk for less able people. Otherwise hotel was very good and staff very pleasant. Would go again to this hotel. A little construction going on in Copenhagen but don't let this put you off as a very nice city which I would visit again. Look around for cheap food bargains eg food malls for buffet dinner is cheaper. Bus and boat tours very enjoyable however everywhere is closer than it looks on the map so you could walk to some places. Palace guards changeover around 12 noon so worth a visit to watch this. All in all a very enjoyable few days city trip.

Gode senge og super morgenmads buffet, dog var opredning til barnebarnet på 12 år dårligt, madrassen føltes som om man lå direkte på stålfjedre :-)

Good central hotel

Cons: Fresh juice at breakfast and better quality coffee
Good hotel with gym and pool. Breakfast is tasty. Head elsewhere if you have a clown phobia!
