Hotel situated 15 mins from Tivoli but lovely

Pros: That you had a swimming pool available and breakfast was included in our stay
Cons: Members of staff being more respectful - I am aware that you are busy and I was in no rush but there was no need to be rude
Location: 15 mins away from Tivoli but easily accessible by the 1A buses.
Checking in was easy and we were happy we were able to get into our room early. The room itself was clean and spacious, the only down side would be that I would have liked to have had tea/coffee making facilities within the room too. The amenities available are good, a gym and a swimming pool, both were appropriate and quite quiet so you get to use them by yourself for a time. There is also a snooker/pool table available to play too. I can't fault the breakfast, everything was available and was lovely. Bar staff - it took ages for anyone to come to the bar and when this particular male member of staff came he was quite rude which was disappointing as everyone else had been so welcoming. My partner wanted an Irish coffee and his bug bear was that he was not asked what type of alcohol he would have liked in it ie Baileys, Kahlua etc he was just given what the member of staff wanted to do, again not great service from him!!! Overall the hotel was nice and cosy. Transport easily accessible. Would recommend staying here.

We dont have cofee/tea set in the standard rooms but we do have them in our superior ekstra rooms. Im very sorry that you had a bad experience at the bar that is of course not our standard and I will take it with the bar manager and staff. Nice hotel but too close to busy road.

Nice breakfast. Compact rooms. Supermarket and mc donalds nearby. But tooo noisy as it was so closr to the road and that road is busy...

Lovely hotel. Big but not impersonal.

Pros: Great value
Cons: Nothing
Location: It was close to relatives whom I was visiting.
It ticked all the boxes! It was great value, nice room, fantastic buffet breakfast.

Good hotel, recently refurbished, good facilities.

Overall a good hotel with good facilities. Not a good experience at the restaurant though and told to go back 80 minutes later as chef couldn't cope being too busy, so only ate there once out of three nights. Nothing to do in neighborhood. All rooms recently refurbished, and mine still had very strong smell of paint (not nice when trying to sleep). Corridors were being painted from early hours (May 2017). Most of the staff were very friendly, accommodating and spoke good English. I would be happy to return for business again. The business facilities were excellent. No problem with those at all.
