Nothing worked...

Jacuzzi didn't work, cable didn't work and heat didn't work properly.. Front desk was unable to fix jacuzzi or heat but got cable to work. All they did was give me a $40 credit. In order to get that I had to really give it to the manager. I couldn't believe he did not want to give me a discount for a jacuzzi room that the jacuzzi did not work. Bad customer service. Breakfast terrible, I think the waffle syrup was diluted with water. I do not recommend.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The cable on the tv was the worst service I've ever seen. The cable didn't have any recognizable stations. I cut my trip a day early because of the hotel.

Pros: Well maintained, friendly with good amenities. I have seen the manager putting in effort to keep the hotel environment safe for residents.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Horrible, I will never stay there ever again, staff was rude and unhelpful, the sheet had cigarette burns, light bulb in the bathroom blew when I asked them to fix it he asked me if i knew how to fix it then argued with me because I asked for either a different room with a working bathroom light or a refund which he told me I couldn't get! Ended up having to stay in a different room with twin beds instead of the original king size bed. Also the next morning management wanted me to leave immediately because they didn't like my threats of calling customer service or even the police for false advertising their promise of making guest comfortable.

Was not able to stay.

We could not stay in the room due to the unclean conditions of the bathroom and room. We were forced to book else where that night. Manager was uncaring- offered no alternative room or to even clean or address our concern. Just that we would pay whether we stayed in the room or not.
