This is a horrible run down hotel. The water was brown and smelled disgusting and the "free breakfast" is toast. That's it. Toast. I wouldn't pay $20 to stay here.

Room is below average. Everything looks old. No microwave in the room. Carpet has stains. Wood furniture is destroyed

Horrible hotel

I was charged 108 dollars extra for my 4 year old kid. Total room charge 218 dollars and AC does not work.

Miami is beautiful, this hotel is not.

Our bathroom was very dirty and actually had hairs on the floor where it had not been swept, sink was grimy and dirty even a little cockroach was found dead on the bathroom floor. The pillow cases were also dirty. This was all found as soon as we walked in our room as we were in a hurry amd were qanting to shower to tour Miami, so we called the front desk to let them know and they said they would send someone down (no one ever showed up). After 45 min we walked to the front desk to show them the pictures and no one apologized they just switched us rooms. And when I said hopefully this one is clean, the man said “I dont know, I just work at the front”. Not apologetic what so ever. I feel he couldve at least apologized and said “yes maam it hs been cleaned, I personally made sure of that”. But did not happen. Miami is beautiful but this hotel is not.

Great value - free shuttle from the airportshuttle

And free shuttle to the cruise port - nice neighborhood - we walked to to local grocery store to pick up last minute items for the cruise. Staff are professional and friendly. They get overwhelmed a little during peak times - but if you are patient for a couple minutes every thing will be taken care of. Free continental breakfast. Great value for catching a cruise out of Miami!

Met our needs...just

Pros: Free shuttle service from cruise port and to airport.
Cons: Replace most of the fixtures in the bathrooms. Shampoo and replace some of the room carpets. Have bilingual staff. English was a challenge for them.
Location: Coral Gables was lovely. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Too bad the hotel didn't match its location.
Check in was not as good as it should have been. We knew check in was at 3pm, but the shuttle from the cruise port began at 11 so we assumed some rooms would be ready early. Bad assumption. After we were able to check (we walked over a mile to get to and from lunch as the hotel restaurant was very overpriced), we discovered stained carpet, and very old plugged sinks tubs in the rooms. (We stayed in 3 rooms). We had to ask 3 times for a crib for the baby - after the second ask they delivered a roll-away bed, not a crib. One of the rooms had no toilet paper at all. The pool was very very cold and had not been cleaned for a while. I did give 3 stars overall because the evening desk manager did try to meet our needs. Also, they did offer both a pick up from the cruise port and a transfer to the airport in the morning. Since there were 11 of us, that was very important.

don't stay here.

Pros: shuttle from airport. Room was a suite but really not needed for a quick one nighter.
Cons: staff, don't offer wifi, breakfast etc if you're not going to deliver. I took photos of the

was greeted by shuttle drive who did not say one word all the way. Creepy like Lurch from the Adams Family. Night reception was not impressed with this and offered me a small bottle of water free. wifi was bad then went to nothing. There was an issue with hot water in the morning with some attitude from reception. BUT, the worst of it is being sent for my continental breakfast (included) through the front cafe bar, through the dining room right down to the bowels of the hotel where it was clearly the storage room come staff cafeteria. Large plastic bottles of water and juice were in a tub of water to keep them cool, plastic cups for tea/coffee, One other person there, as completely disgusted as I was, had danishes. I asked for one but there was none left and yet the waitress 'explained' that I had not missed out on anything. Everything was just plastered on the tables, no arrangement to look decent. Truly disgusting In no way was this worth $206.

One Nighter

Pros: Price
Cons: The sheets and blankets were clean but stained When we saw the stains we had to check it thoroughly to make sure they had been washed
Location: Douglas Entrance, wedding venue, plus hoards of great Spanish restaurants and other things to do
This was not a bad place to hang our hats for less than 24 hours
