I flew to Nassau to scuba dive.
The manager, Vanessa, and all of the staff was very kind, helpful and dedicated to making my stay great. They provide a complimentary taxi to and from the airport and the taxi man, Mr King, was friendly, courteous and prompt.
This property is located in a quiet area away from the touristy parts of the island and has its own beautiful beach with covered and uncovered seating to enjoy. The water was gorgeous.
There is parking onsite but since the dive shop, Stuart Cove’s, is across the street I did not need a car.
My place had a small kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a bedroom with king sized bed and a living area with a futon couch. It was very comfortable.
There are two bar/restaurants onsite. One has live music on Sunday nights. The owner has other entertainment scheduled at various times.
The food here is wonderful and the pricing was very reasonable, especially, after hearing the prices for meals other divers paid where they stayed. The jerk pork dinner was my favorite but everything I tried was great.
This stay was perfect for me. Quiet, great food onsite and the dive boat was just across the street. Even so, the owner is continuing to renovate and improve things to ensure his guests a great stay.
I will definitely stay here again when I return. It is the place to stay when diving Nassau as far as I am concerned.
