Hotel that needs an update

This Hotel needs an update. The rooms are not comfortable. You can smell smoke in the hallways.

Comfortable room at affordable rate

Nice stay, close to all amenities. Very comfortable, clean room, nice breakfast. Close to shopping, airport and other offices. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a quick trip. Very affordable and accommodating. Ample, free parking. Clean surroundings and easy access to local roads and major highways.

Not really impress

Customers service was great. Staff friendly , nice & helpful . Beds were two small. Corridor from the elevator to the room had a funny smell. Like if a dog urinated on the carpet. But inside the rooms . Wouldn't go again

Clean Hotel

Pros: Clean rooms.
Cons: Get rid of the musty smell.
Location: Great places to eat and easy shopping close by.
Overall this hotel is very clean. My only concern is the smell. There is a very musty smell in the hotel. The staff was very helpful, and great location with eateries close by.

Pros: Staff
Cons: process of sanitizing the facility
Location: Main thoroughfare but no restaurants within walking distance.
Free wifi BUT NO wifi. Front desk gave me a number to seek technical help, however issue was not resolved! There is an awful synthetic spray odor throughout; my room smelled like smoke on a 'no smoking' floor. I had two rooms side by side. That being said, staff are very nice. Will not recommend this hotel, there are more comparable facilities at the same price point.

First room had soiled sheets on bed, second room had no internet service. Checked out 1 day early. We were given a discount for one night after we expressed our disapproval. Breakfast was very good.

Convenient for Coral Springs Medical Centre

My husband was having surgery & we needed somewhere to stay close to the hospital. It was 10 minutes easy walk as we did not have a car. Continental breakfast each morning was a plus too. Be aware of some construction work going on beyond the poolside of the hotel at the moment. This did not deter from the overall experience, however.

Overall stay was pretty good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms clean and beds comfortable.

Disappointed

Pros: The staff were nice.
Cons: Renovate hotel!
Stayed in room 207, the smell from the bathroom was so bad, I had to move to room 210. There I noticed furniture (particle board) falling apart. Some electric receptacles not working and some lights wound not work. The remote control was a pain to use and just didn't feel comfortable during my stay. I even checked out at 1 AM instead of sleep there the entire night. The staff were nice, I didn't want to complain or give them a hard time, but honestly the hotel is old and needs to be remodeled.
