My experience at the time of check in has been extremely bad. It was very unprofessional on the part of Expedia that when I chose this resort from your website, it clearly said that the room would have three beds to sleep and two kids would be free.
After I made the booking and paid up, it gave me a receipt saying the booking is for just 2 adults.
With the result, this resort asked for Rs 2000 extra for 2 kids. Insipte of my showing them the printout of the option shown on your website that I had chosen to book, they were adamant and refused to cooperate.
This complete episode was really very frustrating and harassing for us as our whole idea of having a nice good holiday stay was shattered.
This is actually misrepresentation of facts on your website leading to the customer getting trapped for the package.
This kind of experience can really tarnish the image of Expedia since the harrased customers like us would never recommend your website to anyone in future.
I would now request you to immediately look into this complaint and instruct the resort to refund the amount charged wrongly.
