Great front office people. Kind and cheerful made my experience a good one. The room itself was clean and well appointed. All good. I would recommend a room in the back since some of the trucks driving on the road can get a little loud.

It is what you would expect. The breakfast was typical, and good. Room still had smoke smell from years of smoking, now all non-smoking. The pool was nice and clean. The mattress was comfortable, but probably needs replaced. If you are tall, you will have no trouble with the shower head, it's way high! Only 2 plugs by the bedside, so if you need more outlets, take a spliter. We were on the road side, and the road noise was not bad. We would stay there again.

Great hotel
As a retired Hilton Hotel inspector I gave them 5 stars. Clean and very comfortable. Couldn’t find anything wrong with the room. Very inconvenient to have the lower level ice machine broken. We like to fill out coolers with ice before we check out. Staff was friendly. Breakfast looked good. Lots of variety. We hit the road so didn’t eat.

Thank you for staying with us. I am sorry that the road noise kept you up. We do have earplugs in each room on the front side of the property to help with the road noise. In the future, you can request a room on the back side of the property to avoid the noise. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

We requested a non smoking room and when we got there the room was so smokey we couldn't stay. We had to go to another hotel. I am requesting a full refund. I have asthma.

I am so sorry of the misunderstanding on your room type upon arrival. All pending charges will drop off our card within 3-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Best off trail hometown family friendly hotel
I very much enjoyed my stay here. The staff are super friendly overall it's a great place for the price. The rooms do feel a bit run down but I think that is partly the norm for that area and if I am ever in that area again this place is my first choice. I especially liked that they had a Bible in the room which is super rare in this day and age.

The room was clean and staff is nice. No tv remote in the room. A washcloth and small bath towel is all that they provide, no hand towels. Thin blanket between the sheets is all that was on the bed. Breakfast area is tiny…about a third the size of the room.

Bed was sagging in the center. Room was pretty clean, but older. Building is well cared for. Staff was great, very friendly.

The woman who was at the desk was very friendly. The entire hotel was a little run down, but my biggest complaint was that the room wasn't very clean. We were only stopping for one night so I didn't even care about amenities, but I want a clean room. It looked the floors hadn't been cleaned at all. Also, the pillows were small and practically squished flat.
