Nice hotel close to highway.

Pros: We have always had good experiences with Country Inn Suites.
The staff are very helpful. The hotel is one we have stayed in many times and love the convenience that it is an easy off and on location to I75 highway. The hotel is right next door to a restaurant with many other options down the road. We would stay there again.

Great location

Pros: Beautiful entryway. Nice and inviting fireplace going as we arrived.
Location: A wonderful Mexican restaurant right by the hotel. Food was great
Great location right off the highway but a little confusing on how to get into the parking lot. Room was nice and clean. The TV was a little distorted but was fine for us. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was yummy! The one bonus for us was that they offered sugar free syrup so my hubby could enjoy a waffle.

Redone but tired

Pros: Cookies on arrival and a good breakfast
Cons: Our room needed some repairs.
Location: Starbucks and Steak and Shake next door
Our room was clean but seemed a bit tired. The exterior was had some repairs around the air conditioner that should be redone. Not a bad place but wouldn't rush back.

Nice hotel nice staff needs a better maid

The hotel was nice. The standard room is big and spacious. The pool was heated and they had exstended hours. But the floor in my room wasn't vaccumed very well or maybe not even at all. You could see where they had done a dry wall repair and on the bottom of a door frame there was a small portion of the door frame broke off from a dog or somethings. But over all it was nice and still a good hotel. The staff however was excellent and all every nice and polite.

Nice room for a business trip

Cons: room that i stayed in needs updated...water stains on the ceiling in numerous areas. Tub had a hole and cracks in it.
comfortable tons of room... close to everything...food, shopping and sights

Nice clean hotel in London, Ky

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was great.
Location: Close to the town of London, Ky. Just off Interstate 75.
Everything was great. The suite was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, more available on the buffet than most motels provide.

Cons: Finding the entrance to the hotel. A little difficult with no signs indicating the entrance from the road.

Just an overnight stay at a clean comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. Just what the casual traveler wants and needs.

Lobby & breakfast area nice, rooms and pool not so

Pool area needs a remodel and our room looked outdated and had an issue with the bathroom door not closing or locking. Also the room was to small for a family of 5. No safe in room it it did have a fridge. Computer area is nice and there's free cookies in lobby when you arrive. breakfast could have been better, there were biscuits but no gravy? Everything else was as expected. Be aware there's no signs in the hallway telling you where the bathrooms are but its in the hallway next to computer room

OK For the Pice

The price was good. The mattress was very uncomfortable. The hotel itself was difficult to access due to a Starbucks right at the entrance. It was a clean place. The breakfast was not good at all. Motels seem to be all buying those rubbery egg rounds and weird sausage patties. We were spoiled by a small motel in Albuquerque that had fluffy scrambled eggs and nicely cooked round sausages and crisp bacon.
