Hotel was nice and clean. Places to eat close by so you don't have to travel far! Breakfast before we hit the road was pretty good and there were complimentary cookies and coffee by the front desk all night!

Dirty

Room was dirty. Dirt all over the floor. Let the desk known with nothing but a "I'm sorry" Pool had so many chemicals in it would burn your eyes in the lobby. (Pool is on the other end of the building from the lobby)

Close to town

Pros: The staff was very friendly and tried very hard to satisfy all of our questions and requests.
Cons: The furniture and carpeting could be updated. Some gluten free, dairy free or vegan breakfast options. Canned fruit is not preferred for health.
Location: Several lakes and state parks are close to this motel.
We found the bathtub to need more cleaning. The carpets had several stains on them on the 3rd floor. The furniture was showing its age. The bathroom was small and the door crowded an already small space. The moved us to another room which had been better cleaned.

A very nice surprise

I checked in late through Expedia after checking delayed in the road. The Tom was spacious, very clean, nicely equipped and very well decorated. The breakfast in the morning was better than I expected and included things for people who don't eat traditional breakfast foods. They accommodated my dog and the staff members I meet were very nice. I had never used this chain before but will use them in the future.

one night stay

We were there for one night. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and neat. Beds were comfortable. There's a Starbucks in the parking lot. Only issue is the noise from the trash trucks early in the morning servicing the restaurants adjacent to the hotel. They were pretty close and it was pretty loud.

A little disappointing

Pros: Breakfast was good with a large variety.
Cons: Housekeeping!
Common areas were lovely, but our room was not. A large cluster of cobwebs in the corner of the room and paint was peeling from the bathroom ceiling. The bed making looked like a 9-year old was in charge. The fitted sheet was pulling off the corners, as was the mattress pad. There was an unidentifiable object on the carpet near the wall that was missed by the vacuum. It just was not what I expected from the Country Inn and Suites name.

London, KY getaway

We were in town for the annual Redbud ride. This hotel was very convenient as it was easy to go into town for events and to get on the highway for other events further out.
