The property needs some TLC. Our bathroom shower was kinda in disrepair. Our room was right next to the front desk and breakfast room and was very noisy. Overall it sufficed for our stop heading south for spring break but I would probably not stay there again.

Stay was nice. But we had a bad expierence on housekeeping. Saturday we asked staff to change sheets. We came back and room was cleaned, but sheet was not changed. Sunday we stripped sheets off bed to force staff to provide new sheets. We even spoke to housekeeper about towels. We came back late and nothing was done. Beds not made, no new towels and mo.new toilet paper. Called down and fresh towels and sheet was brought up. $20 was knocked off the bill. Stay was a bit disappointed. Staff manager really apologize and tried to help.

This hotel is coveniently located near hwy 75, easy on and off. The room itself was so so, still has damaged furniture from the 80s, bathroom was clesn and ok, nothing like a fancy hotel. I've stayed in better Microtel Suites, this one needs imprvements. Ok for the price.

Was a nice hotel. Never stayed in London KY before. Staff were very nice. Ate at restaurant next to hotel. Great recommendation. Nice stay except noisy guests showed up at 3 am. Never got back to sleep. Would suggest having a room or 2 available for late check ins on first floor away from other guests. Nothing to do with hotel staff at all.

My only real complaint would be the road noise. The rooms are dated, but appear to be very clean. The staff was really friendly.

Be Aware!!!!!My son called me the day of check in and was told since he was local I had to put a $100 security deposit down. So we did and we were told that it would go right back on the card after check out. So I waited 7 days and never received the money back. I called the office and she told me they never refunded me and that you usually have to call and get it back. Be aware!!!!! So hopefully I will get it back. Not worth the trouble. Stay somewhere else.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue you experienced with the security deposit at the hotel. It can be frustrating when expectations are not met, especially regarding financial transactions. We take a 100 security deposit for all locals, cash and 3rd party reservations. This is to cover incidentals including but not limited to smoking in the rooms, damages or missing items. The money is returned at check out if everything checks out. Deposits held on credit cards will take 7-10 days (excluding holidays), depending on your bank, to go back on the card. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

We took the grandkids out after Christmas. We live in a nearby community and they love to swim. Heated pool is nice, some properties advertise a heated pool, but not always the case. I stayed at this property in years past, it's fine for what it is. The rooms could use a fresh coat of paint, but that doesn't affect how you sleep. The slightest complaint I would have is that the walls are thin, the folks above us either had concrete shoes or they were rearranging the entire room ;). It wasn't on purpose and I'm thankful it all stopped around 9:3O pm. There wasn't enough noise to interrupt our sleeping. Honestly, not much can be done to change the acoustics at an older property. The shower/tub faucet is interesting. Usually, it's left to turn water on and find your temp, all the way to the right turns the water off (lever fixtures) The one in our room turned behind the off point. so you have to listen to water flow to run it off. It's funky for sure. but we figured it out. The breakfast is fine . Eggs. sausage, and waffles from 6 am to 930. There is a Huddle House within steps from the property if you can't make the 930 time for last call. The engine that steers the ship is the staff on site. Friendly folks that make you feel welcome and go the extra mile. We had 3 smaller grandkids and the front desk checked on the closest available room to the pool. The little things and extra effort is what I look for when traveling. We would stay again.

The most important thing while traveling long distances, is to get a good night sleep. That did not happen at Microtel because the heating system did not work properly. The automatic shutoff did not work when the room reached the desired temp. Either it was freezing or roasting. It had to be manually controlled. These existing systems never seem to work properly. Very disappointing.

I checked in, staff was pleasant, used the stairs to go up 3 floors, area was dirty, garbage scattered on the stairs. The room was very small , not at all like the pictures online, musty smell, plastic wrappers scattered around the room on the floor. Bedding old and very used. For 90$ US I expected better!! I knew I couldn’t stay there, so I checked out. I paid cash, was refunded for deposit and payment of the room promptly!!
