Preston was very helpful with any and all issues and so was the overnight concierge unfortunately the walls were a little thin but they were able to reach out to the guest next door and it helped and on our last day although the breakfast was great every other day it wasn't ready on time for us to have to leave

I do really enjoy staying at this hotel. It's clean, the staff is friendly, check in and out is convenient. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the breakfast is, well, atrocious. The "eggs" are hard-boiled, served cold, and hard to open. The alternate egg option is a Southwest omelet that looks like plastic and tastes frozen. The fruit is sometimes questionable, and the one meat option is either a weird, rubbery sausage slice or Canadian bacon. They have make your own waffles, but neither if the two waffle options are for Original waffles. Very underwhelming and disappointing. The coffee is just no. It tastes like warm, dirty water. Fortunately there is a starbucks right next to the hotel, so that's a better option for coffee and breakfast. Otherwise, everything was great. I just really wish they would up their breakfast to something more normal, like scrambled eggs, bacon, maybe some real sausage, Original waffle batter, and for the love of all things holy, serve coffee that doesn't taste like a warmed-up rain puddle.

Walking distance to nice restaurants. Close to Buffalo Trace Distillery.

One staff member was outstanding. The others weren't. The room had a sticky spot on the floor from previous guests. Breakfast was good and the pool. Although claimee to be heated was cold

Beautiful historic building. Big rooms, views. Fantastic shower and the robes are luxurious touch. Wonderful gallery. Extremely friendly staff.Stay here often.Live it!
