very friendly staff

Got in after midnight and was greeted by a happy uplifting clerk. She seemed to love her job. The morning clerk was also very personable.

Location is close to I-75. Good price, better than most in area. Could use an update. Overall adequate.

Cons: New pillows.
Hotel was fine. Clean and recently painted. But, the pillows were terrible. After the first night I considered going out to buy my own. They were that bad.

Very nice hotel. The only problem is that there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The staff did offer to help.

The room was dirty

Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: Cleanliness
I asked for a handicapped room or two rooms next to each other. My Mom is handicapped. She was down the hall from me. Not close enough. I also asked for a pet room from the person in reservations. When I got to the hotel there were non left. Luckily the gentleman at the front desk was gracious enough to still give us a room.

Stay away

Room 228 was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in ! If I wouldn't have been so tired from driving all day I would have found another hotel mold stain bigger than me on the ceiling and I'm 6,4 mold stains on the couch and the room smelled horrible! Bed was hard as a rock . Next time I'll stay at the Ramada like normal.
