Seems it was in transition of ownership. No ramp to bring suitcases only 8-10 narrow steps.old building. No USB plugs so bring your plug convert. Breakfast only u til 9 AM Poor internet connection.

Very nice hotel with great staff and great location. The only downside was the fact that the Air condition can't be regulated in each room and when it got a bit colder outside they put the heater, making very warm in the room so we needed to open the windows

The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel is in a great location. The mall is right across the street and lots of great restaurants within walking distance.

Es war eine Enttäuschung. Die Bilder die man auf der Home Page sieht, haben mit der realität nichts gemeinsam. Das Zimmer ist zwar sehr räumig, aber schmutzig und heruntergekommen. Sagen wir es so: eine renovierung täte gut

No plugs in the room!
The room doesn’t have a single plug near the. Impossible to charge your phone or laptop. I use hearing aids that need charging and it was a torture.

El hotel tiene poca luz en el baño y la habitación. De todas maneras es un muy buen hotel en pleno centro de la ciudad con acceso al shopping en frente

It was horrible service , they charge for hot water , room was so dirty at check in , old guest had dirty sucks in the room, insects in the bathroom, sheet had blood spots on it and floor was so dirty Tried to ask to get the room changed after 45 min of waiting we went to a lower category room was also dirty so we decided to come back to our old room and ask them to clean it and they said they have no one who can clean it and very unfriendly front desk, asked for a manager he said we have no manager And he said he can let them manager know to talk to us in the morning which never happened. I would never stay at this old torn down hotel and will not recommend anyone to stay

Starting with the positives: the location is great. In spite of being in the middle of everything, the room was quiet. You have stores, food, tourist sites within a few blocks. The breakfast was buffet style: good however staff fell behind on replenishing items and the coffee/ milk/ hot water station was very messy and awkward for serving. The room was comfortable a spacious but in general the lighting was poor even in the bathroom. ( I couldn’t find a good spot for putting on makeup). Also, there is a huge lack of outlets. There were no outlets near either nightstand. The temperature control was in a very unexpected spot: we found it on the 3rd day of our stay. We would use the hotel again because of the convenient location but I wouldn’t consider it a 4 star hotel at an international level.

This is an older property that has been renovated about 5 years ago. That being said the location is in a very busy part of Cordoba. The traffic never stops and the noise is constant. The heavy curtains do their best so sleeping is not a problem.

Nice hotel in a great location
Location is great. Just in front of Los Olmos Shopping Centre. Staff were very kind always. Check in and check out really fast. The room was clean with excellent air conditioning. And breakfast was fine in a cozy restaurant.

The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. If you buy the buffet breakfast atv$355p/p, it is a great selection with plenty of fresh fruit, juice, yogurt shakes, eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, baking. The one issue that we had was that the air conditioning was not very cooling in our room. The vent was poorly placed. And it didn't blow as much cold aircas expected.

We liked the location. It was great to have on-site parking (for a reasonable fee). Friendly and efficient staff. We didn’t like the street front room because it is somewhat noisy. EXCELLENT overall experience!

Central location,wonderful staff and facilities
From the moment we checked in the staff were so helpful with early checkin, information re area, extra requirements and luggage storage. Room was comfortable, great king bed. Rooftop pool perfect for R&R, breakfast in restaurant attached enjoyable and most adequate. I would highly recommend.

My corner room was like a suite with awesome views of the city and close to everything. Only thing was windows do not keep outside noise out. I got used to it though. Nice roof top with pool and views

Great location, place is a little outdated, but still ok. The AC in the room did not worked as expected. It was nearly 40 degrees every day, and the unit just could not keep up. Also, they dip not believe in late checkout.
