Great Hotel Close to the Old Town

Posted Dec 9, 2016
The hotel was great, we had a large room looking right across the river to the Mezquita Cathedral, a short walk and you were there. Room was comfortable, bed large and linen's great, bathroom very good. Everything you could ask for, maybe a bit dated. Breakfast was excellent.

Close to Mezquita

Posted Nov 7, 2016
Pros: Very close to Mezquita
Cons: Room on the first floor was very noisy. The breakfast was very expensive so we walked down the street to a cafe.
Location: A 5-10 minute walk to the Mezquita
Hotel front desk staff could have been more friendly.

The air conditioning doesn't work very well which is why I gave this hotel a lower rating. Some rooms have been renovated and some look older. However, this is a short walk across the bridge to the old town and so the location is good. Also, if you do stay here (or even if you don't) the highlight here is the rooftop terrace and restaurant/bar. The view across to the Alcazar is beautiful in the evening and the restaurant is good.

Very nice hotel - Good location

Posted Oct 10, 2016
Pros: I liked the location, the view, and the size of the room.
Location: Its riverfront location is perfect. Nice sidewalk by the river takes you to the bridge leading right to the center of old Cordoba and the Mezquita.
Very nice hotel with a beautiful view of historic Cordoba. The bar/restaurant on the top of building is an excellent place to have a nice meal at night (they close at 2 am !) and enjoy the view. A very accommodating staff gave us a beautiful room with a view. Another plus is that the hotel has an onsite garage parking.

Highly recommend it

Pros: Great location lots of restaurants nearby
Cons: No balconies; breakfast buffet is expensive - better to eat in local restaurants.
Location: Well located, in quiet area of city. Only 10 minutes from Roman bridge and old town square with interesting cathedral
Beautiful rooms - only downside no balconies. Very modern and spotless

Great location by the river

Posted Sep 16, 2016
Pros: Everything was as good, if not better, than expected from the description on the Expedia website.
Location: Many of the historical sites in the city are within easy walking distance or short taxi ride; there's also a tour bus stop nearby.
This is a good modern hotel just across the river, via the Roman bridge, from the centre of the old city. With its own underground car park, a good buffet breakfast, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and free wifi. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Altogether it makes an ideal base for exploring historical Cordoba and further afield on a longer visit.

Nice hotel for a good price

Posted Sep 9, 2016
Location: The location was good, A 5-10 minute walk across the bridge puts you in old town. Don't use the op-on-Hop-off bus.
The hotel staff was nice. Though we did not use it, the pool is an added benefit, especially in 112 degree weather.
