El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Caminando puedes llegar a lugares de interés en cordoba antigua y moderna. El restaurante vale la pena tener la e pero envía de una cena con madrinaje. Su personal es sumamente amable. Sin duda volvería.

The place is cool. It’s located in a nice neighborhood and very walkable. My room was not ready on time. The doorman was not always there and when he was there he was questioning if I was staying there.

I have stayed in many hotels around the world and over the past 2-3 years the levels of service have deteriorated to virtually non existence, but they still are happy to over charge for the so called exclusivity and service levels. Windsor Tower staff were all extremely attentive, polite and professional at all times. I couldn’t fault them they are a credit to the hotel and training they have been given. Also young staff but brilliant.

Locations is very good.
Bar and restaurant excellent. My room had some problems, internet, air condit/heat, missing cleaning and had to request at 14,30 when i returned, also the room has window that if you opened it you get a bit machine perhaps the heat or cool ear just in your nose, so the window is useless, and has little lite. Other than that very pleasant

For a "4 star property' I would have liked a coffee maker in the room. You must pay for breakfast (they charged me and my partner $3600 pesos flat to sit in the dining room and drink instant coffee). Yes, they only have an instant coffee machine as part of their breakfast offer. In my opinion, a 4-star hotel should offer quality complimentary coffee to their guests in the morning. The pool was also dirty. Lots of black mold that would stick to my body when getting out of the pool. The room also had no toilet paper, shampoo, or soap, so I had to call for that to be brought to the room which they did promptly. Bed was comfortable. You can hear everything in neighboring rooms. The restaurant attached was the best part of the hotel.

One of the best restaurants in the city is located at the Windsor Hotel. Roof top pool has great views of the city.

The hotel was right in the city center with options to walk to two different areas with shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Great staff
The staff were all extremely kind and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean. The room details on this website concerning climate control are misleading. The only control the guest actually has for the room climate, is the speed of the fan and not the temperature. Our first night was not pleasant, however, the staff were excellent in finding a solution for us. The remainder of our stay was quite good.

This hotel is a fantastic value! It easily exceeded my expectations. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the main square. The service was great. Everyone was incredibly accommodating. The facilities met all of our needs and in good condition. The pool, sauna, and spa were nice to have. Breakfast was great too.

Pool is super small. No service at the pool. Sub par service. Rooms don’t have irons, no toiletries, no usb outlets. Hotel is old. Food is good.

It is a place with rice history in Cordoba. The food was fantastic! We heard it is operated by one of the city's top 3 chefs. The presentation of the food was stunning. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff was absolutely incredible, i can't say enough about them. By the end of my stay, they felt almost like family. I highly recommend this hotel!!
