Hotel is close to many restaurants and safe place to walk and enjoy the weather. It is also close to streets that will take into business areas.

NEVER EVER AGAIN, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BOGOTA

Pros: The rooms were clean and well-kept, location close to nearby restaurants.
Cons: You need to train your staff with better customer service skills. I have never ever stayed in a place where I felt I wasn't wanted there.
Location: The hotel is located near local restaurants, shopping mall, airport and easy access to taxis.
I had the worst experience at this hotel it began in the parking lot just trying to get to the hotel to check in, the lady working the parking lot asked me what is my room number and I told her I'm just now checking in I don't have a room number, she made me wait 20 minutes just to find out if I had a reservation first, in the rain with my kids. Once I was able to get to the front desk the man checking us in, treated us like third class citizens. He kept mentioning everything that I have to pay for that was extra then he gave me attitude like I couldn't afford anything. Then he wanted phone numbers from all of us including my 6 year old, wth? I have made many trips to Bogota and many places in Colombia, and this by far is the worst place for customer service I have ever stayed in. The check in process took over an hour which is not easy when you have two children who are tired, hungry and trying to get out of the rain. I chose this hotel because it is from the Estelar chain, I have stayed with this hotel before in Barranquilla and the service was excellent. I'm not sure where these people receive their training for customer service but they could learn a thing or two from the hotel staff in Barranquilla. They treated me and my kids like we were peasants and couldn't afford anything at their hotel. What was strange is that they didn't see anything wrong with how they were treating us, I guess it's an everyday thing to treat people so poorly.

Overnight stay close to the airport

Pros: The proximity to the airport, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Cons: May be they should specify that if you book a promotion code you do not have some perks like the free shuttle to the airport.
Location: Close to the airport but not noisy. In the morning the surrounding área looked nice: a park, lots of small shops and restaurants
I was met at the airport and taken to the hotel in a clean and confortable car with a friendly driver. The hotel advertises a free airport to hotel shuttle but when I called to reserve the pick up service, they said that because I have booked a room with a promotion price, the free ride was not included. Anyway, I asked them to pick me up for an additional price and they did. It was only like 7 dollars to the hotel and the same amount the following day to the airport. I did not use any of their facilities, except my room, room service, and breakfast. All of them were good.

Great location, no hot water first 2 days

Pros: Location, room.
Cons: Service and attitude of staff in the restaurant.
The hotel is very well located, just a couple of blocks from Corferias. Room: clean, very nice sheets, good firm bed. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the hot water my first 2 days, so I had to take my showers with cold water until it was repaired. This was a hotel-wide problem. Front desk staff: friendly, helpful. Restaurant: breakfast was included in my rate, and I found the food in the buffet warmers to be cold every day. I liked the fresh fruit, though it wasn't replenished. Service needs improvement, as the staff seemed bothered when I requested coffee, and they certainly didn't make me feel welcome. I had to search for someone and ask for help with everything related to the restaurant.

bad experience

We didnt have have hot water. Bogota is a cold city with 40 degrees average.

We had to stay overnight for a national connection. Staff was good. The food was excellent, but expensive. I stayed with my husband and 5 YO. We are planning to come back for vacations and would like to stay there.

Nice hotel, good area close to airport

Nice hotel to do business around US Embassy and corferias some shoping mall around such gran estacion with good food court. I got decent price, but average is little expense. Mini bar prices are so crazy. You'll find out ministores around to buy water and snack
