Great place to stay in Corfu town
Great hotel close to the centre of Corfu town. Our room was very well appointed with a comfortable bed and tea making facilities. The restaurant had a great range of food and they coped well with gluten free options. We arrived early on the day of the Queen's funeral and they prepared our room for us so we could watch it on the TV. Great visit from start to finish.

The staff were lovely, sitting out by the pool with a glass of wine and an app was very relaxing and the breakfast buffet was generous. The only thing I would have preferred would have been air conditioning. The ceiling fan was noisy and fairly ineffective.

3 days at Corfu Mare
Not a boutique hotel despite the name.. the hotel is fine, the rooms functional if a bit tired (we stayed in a superior deluxe, I'm not sure it's worth the extra we paid but at least we got a view of the harbour/sea in the distance if you peer over the very high balcony wall), the bathrooms are large & well furnished. The pool & jacuzzi are good, the pool long enough to get in a few lengths. Breakfast was pretty average though, if it wasn't included in the price I think we wouldn't have bothered. It's a good 30-40 min walk into Corfu old town, getting a taxi back to the hotel costs about €10. The staff were always very welcoming and friendly.
