Easy and fast check in. Casino on site . Very accommodating when checking out late. Excellent breakfast and breakfast room/area. Good pool service. Plenty of chairs and space. Just the furniture in the room are seems tired. Need more comfortable bed!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location .

Posted Jul 26, 2017
Location: The location was excellent and within walking distance of the town and shopping.
Location had breath taking views of boats at anchorage in the harbor. The out door pool was a nice salt water pool with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Food and drinks were available and wait staff was excellent. The only disappointment I had was the lack of a computer center with printing capabilities. Had an excellent stay.

Lovely hotel in a great location.

The location is perfect. The room was beautiful, clean and bright with a view of the sea. The family that owns and runs the hotel go out of their to accommodate you and make your stay amazing. Loved this place and was so sad to leave. Also had a wonderful massage during my stay!

Perfect location beautiful grounds. Nice staff.

Pros: Liked pool area and lovely flowers. Very clean and staff nice
Cons: Aircon needs to be sorted out
Location: Five minute walk to the park and Tavernas
Perfect location to walk into Corfu Town. View from our top floor room was wonderful. The bed was a bit hard but some people like a hard mattress. Aircon was. Terrible and we had the maintenance guy up twice as it was like sleeping in a sauna. Room 603. Beautiful Hotel would go back and hope the room allocated would be cooler.

Wonderful hotel- ideal to visit Corfu

Posted May 26, 2017
Very comfortable family room (which was two rooms with adjoining doors) for me and two daughters (16&18). Excellent facilities- pool spotless and plenty of sunbeds, towels for pool replaced every day. Breakfast bee high quality; fresh fruit, mushrooms, tomatoes, yogurts, cheese and cold meats as well as cake, pastries, breads and hot buffet. Staff excellent and professional

Excellent location for walking to the town.

Posted May 20, 2017
Pros: Space cleanliness and lovely staff
Cons: Perhaps more information on the spa facilities, we were going to enquire about a massage but no information in the room? Airport shuttle?
Location: The town is a five minute walk away, the road in front of the hotel is not busy. We found so many lovely places to eat and drink, spoilt for choice.
Spacious hotel with excellent staff so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will return again.

Not for families or 5 star hotel

Posted Apr 21, 2017
The hotel is in a very good location with a nice view of the sea and the old fortress, plus is a short walk away from old town. It has a small casino if you like those sorts of things but you need to sign up to go in. These were the only good points. The hotel is not for families with kids, only suitable for business if you can get decent wifi and retired couples. Better to go to the other Corfu Palace hotel in Kanoni (20 minute bus ride away). The hotel is outdated and still living on it's old glamorous reputation from 30 years ago. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel. There is no indoor pool as advertised or included in their room information. They do a have outdoor swimming pool but that is small and very cold. They have a restaurant but that is very expensive compared to the restaurants nearby in old town. The breakfast is okay but not to the level of other hotels with similar ratings. Except for a few, majority of the staff were rude particularly the receptionists.

More a 4 starts hotel.

Posted Apr 14, 2017
Pros: Positive: Good location 5 min Corfu center and old town
Cons: Facilities of the hotel are equal to 4* hotel and less: only 1 swimming pool (cold water). Zero entertainment. Breakfast always the same equal to 4*

Casino disappointed (not even a bar to have a nice drink..)

Excellent location, but...

Posted Apr 14, 2017
This is in a great location, just a stroll from Corfu Old Town, but it isn't really a 5* hotel. It probably was, back in the old days, but it's now a bit tired and crumbly. The staff were friendly enough. The room was ok - but the air-conditioning didn't work and there were niggles. Breakfast was alright, nothing to shout about. If you like flock wallpaper, brassed fittings and red velvet you'll probably feel at home in the restaurants. I'd recommend this hotel for the excellent location - but don't get your expectations too high.
