We really enjoyed our stay. The check in/out was effortless and the staff were so friendly and kind. Lots of staff visible. Clean rooms with well stocked coffee/tea options. The pool was a huge surprise. Large 25 meter pool with 2 lanes for swimming and an active teaching/play section. Be sure to bring swim caps (but they sell them at the pool counter) Food options nearby were great as were the grocery stores. In hotel food options looked wonderful although we did not use them. We would stay again.

Fantastic
Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were fantastic from the minute we arrived til we checked out. The room was lovely & clean. The buffett breakfast was lovely & hot.

Great hotel
Upgraded my standard room to a junior suite but it was next to the elevator shaft so I asked to be moved and they put me in a bigger suite.

Good location for making day trips from. Midleton, Cork and Kinsale Was a wedding happening and music from reception was loud. No face cloths for those coffee us from North America that are used to having them.

We are located in the bustling town of Carrigaline, only a short drive to Cork City centre and in close proximity to the coastal towns such as Crosshaven & Kinsale. While on occasion we do have events such as weddings, our hotel is usually made up of business & leisure guests and noise is not usually an issue. Had you made our guest services team aware they would have done the utmost to try accommodate you to a quieter room if available. Additional hand towels are also available on request, had you made the team aware they would have been happy to provide them during your stay. We do hope to welcome you back in the future! Overall this hotel is fantastic. The room is spacious and very clean. The toilet is very clean as well. The water pressure is excellent. The staff at the reception are nice, polite and accommodating. The bathroom floor is “slippery”. Due to a very high water pressure, i wasn’t able to have a bit of hot water in the shower. It is also a bit difficult to turn the knob of the shower. The hotel is a bit far from the train or bus station in the centre. Will I recommend this hotel? Yes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are well laid out and the buffet style breakfast was superb. Staff were happy to help at all times. Definitely would recommend a stay here if visiting Carrigaline.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. We opted for the breakfast and the food was very good. We also had dinner in the pub one eve and it was excellent. All of the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurants, and housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. We will stay again when in the Cork area!
