Good location

The hotel was in a good location for the city centre and right in the river so the view was good. The room was very clean a modern but the only thing that was slightly odd was that the only way to turn off the lamps was to switch them off at the sockets. Breakfast was good and there was a nice lounge area but it was a shame there was no bar.

Hotel near Cork Town Centre

Pros: It was a modern unpretentious hotel which served our needs.
Cons: The early exit to the entrance barrier of the hotel,Co off the short one way system was easily missed. There was a modest hotel sign - which we missed
Location: Cork has a lot of history but we chose this location for the start of a tour of the SW coast with its beautiful views and archaeological sites.
We had a good reception, the room was large and clean. We walked into the town centre for an evening meal following directions from the helpful receptionist, and had a great meal in a fish restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was fine.

Location: Take the tour bus so you see all of the town. The womens prison (Gaol) was interesting but be ready to pay extra.

Pros: Nice location, car park, friendly staff
Cons: No bar or area to eat apart from breakfast. No real problem as the area is full of bars and restraunts but still....
Location: Location pretty central, 15 min walk to main shops but nice area locally. Good for parade on St Paddy's day.
Very nice hotel with friendly staff and even has WiFi. Very nice breakfast The rooms were comfortable with good TVs and the wifi worked well. Rooms at the front get a nice view of the river, the back not so good with a derelick area but you can see a Cathedral.

We would stay there again. The healthy breakfast choices at 8 or 12 euro were very good.
