Property I paid for was at one location whereas what I was offered is in another remote location almost, 1 hour away from what is advertised, in the middle of nowhere. They refused to refund my money or move me to where they advertised and I paid for. This matter is being escalated to court. Book accommodation on this site at your own peril! Customer service was zero, I was tossed around via email and phone and no one helped. We could not stay there and my children and I were stranded. Ruined our summer"
