“We arrived at the property with our children at the agreed check-in time but were unable to access the accommodation. We repeatedly tried to contact the host by phone and through the booking platform, but received no practical assistance or access instructions. After waiting for several hours, we had to leave because we could not enter the property. The host did not resolve the situation afterwards. We cannot recommend this accommodation. We are unable to comment on the apartment’s condition……

“We stayed at Ona Suites for 9 nights in a one bed apartment. Apartment was exactly what we needed with clean decent size rooms, a good kitchenette and a massive balcony. We didn't cook anything as mainly had dinner out or got uber eats delivery but it was useful for breakfast and some lunches when we were still on property. Pool is nice but the sun lounger setup is a bit weird at first as most people are just lying on their towels on the hard ground. Discovered it was only €1.50 a day……
