Extremely welcoming on arrival, beds comfy and rooms immaculate, visitors information was very helpful, breakfast was delicious and had a nice selection, very conveniently placed as well: many local options for food and shopping and a short walk to the beach. Katie was immensely helpful and polite, overall a lovely place to stay and would highly recommend, will absolutely be coming back 10/10.

I have received a text from owner about my arriving time. I should check in at 2pm but I told them I will be about 2 hours earlier and it wasn’t any problem. Very friendly and organised staff. I will visit them again 😎

Lovely bed and breakfast Hosts were extremely friendly Room was quiet and very comfortable Breakfast choices were great Location was good as we arrived by train which Was less than a 10 minute walk away Walk into town 10-15 minutes walk away Gylly beach 3 minutes walk I would definitely book to stay here again One of the nicest places I’ve stayed in for a long time

Excellent B&B in Falmouth. Katie, the owner & host, is welcoming, very personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Breakfasts were great, plenty of choice, hot food options, full English or choice of items cooked to order. Room was well presented and spacious, extra heaters provided to make stay comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be back. The staff were so friendly and helpful, Katie was brilliant in checking up on us to make sure everything was okay. The room was so clean and had a lovely view.

Lugo rock is a great option for a base whilst visiting Falmouth and beyond. The free parking is a bonus if you come by car but the train station is just down the road. Lugo rock is 2 mins from the beach and 5-10 min walk from the town so extremely convenient. Katie and her staff are welcoming and attentive. We had a great stay here

Great for access to beach, near to parks, coast path, local convenience store for picnic provisions. Comfy lounge and outdoor seating area. Liked the ' tick box' choices for breakfast selection, vegan options. Welcoming atmosphere, great hosts, met several return guests. Would definitely stay here again.

We received a warm welcome from our host Katie upon arrival. Room was a good size, quiet and with good facilities. There was a good choice for breakfast and the service was both friendly and professional. Great location, with beach only a few minutes walk away plus, easy access to both the harbour area and town centre. We had a great couple of days at the Lugo Rock Hotel .

Lovely place would definitely recommend
Lovely warm welcome, spacious room, lovely comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and the owners really couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was ordered the night before each day, which isn’t for everyone but we were fine with it, the food was excellent quality and perfectly cooked, served at your chosen time with a smile. Rooms were serviced every day, the only problem we had was a couple of hiccups with the shower which was checked out the same day and advice given. Would definitely recommend the lugo rock to others and would stay here again, A two minute walk to the beach, ten minutes to station and town. It is at the top of a hill so maybe if you aren’t so mobile it might not suit, although they do have downstairs rooms and guest parking if you need it. They also have a lovely guest lounge and outdoor terrace you can use, and access to a fridge if you need it.

We had an excellent stay at Lugo Rock, the team looked after us and made sure we had the best holiday experience. They were always accomodating and often went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. We very much recommend Lugo Rock and would stay here again.

Great location near beach and town. Really warm welcome from Katie the owner who was so helpful and friendly and cooks the most amazing breakfast.( Lots to choose from) Breakfast waiting staff friendly and helpful when asked about places to go. Lots of personal touches such as sweets on kids bed, Filling up our water bottles for the day ahead, allowing us to park early and waving us off. Comfy beds and super clean rooms.

The staff were all really friendly and obliging, and willing to go above and beyond for our comfort. The breakfast was excellent, and it's a really nice bonus that they will bring it to your room for no additional cost. There was an Easter egg left in our room, because it was the Easter bank holiday weekend. The rooms were cozy and spacious, and the location is a 5-minute walk from the beach.

The property is lovely, our room was cosy and welcoming it was on the ground floor close to the main front door and the lovely lounge which was very helpful for us. Lizzie and the rest of Katie’s staff were delightful, so helpful, kind and chatty. On our last day I noticed a cobweb in our bedroom but other than that the accommodation, location, delicious breakfasts and all of the staff were exemplary. Thank you for a great holiday. Xxx

A lovely B&B in perfect location
We had a fantastic week's stay at Lugo Rock. The best B&B we've ever stayed in. The building itself is lovely and well maintained and nicely decorated. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the garden, and was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Katie made us very welcome on arrival and she and her team were always very friendly and eager to help. Lots of choice for breakfast and everything, especially the full english, was excellent. Lugo Rock is in a perfect location, with the railway station 5 minutes walk away, and 10 minutes walk to the town, harbour and 2 beaches. The onsite parking was a definate advantage as on street parking in Falmouth seems to be very limited. Would definately stay at Lugo Rock again and happy to recommend to anyone else.

The location was perfect and only a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, trains and ferries. Our room was clean and contemporary, breakfast was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really made this place excellent was the host and her team.
