Characterful farmhouse stay

Pros: Location, real farm atmosphere, breakfast, pleasant staff, good value for money.
Cons: Twin room just a little tired but nevertheless comfortable.
Location: Great location for the beautiful St Just-in-Roseland church in its subtropical setting. Highly recommended. Also Heligan, Trelissick & Eden Project
Thoroughly enjoyed my night at this homely farmhouse B&B. Excellent breakfast. Good value for Cornwall. Travelling from St Ives, my satnav wanted to take me via King Harry Ferry but I avoided as I was unsure of the system there. I went round the slightly longer way by road. My satnav also indicated the wrong side of the road; it is on the RHS when travelling south.

Pros: Location
Location: The location is quite remote but if anyone is driving than it's not an issue. Lovely quiet village
This B&B was exactly what me and my husband were looking for. Very quiet location, spacious room with private bathroom (room no. 6). The room was very clean, had a TV with loads of channels, kettle, coffees, teas and also we were offered fresh milk in a small thermos every day, toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and unlike big hotels, they do care about their guests. Breakfast was very satisfying too. Overall we had a great stay in this small B&B and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Cornwall.

A 400 year old farm house on a working farm full of character. A good B&B for exploring the Roesland peninsula.

Pros: Clean as new pin with all local produce for breakfast provided by Wendy, an attentive host and priced right
Cons: You want high tech? Go elsewhere! It is what it says it is and long may it continue
Location: Access to the St Just peninsula for walking. Ferry from St Mawes into bustling Falmouth. Isolated beaches in small coves
Homely, exactly adequate and personable with a warm welcome

Pros: Helpful but non-intrusive staff, relaxing atmosphere
Cons: I wish it wasn't so far away!
Location: An excellent quiet location for walking - the Coast Path is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
The B&B was very relaxing and the staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful (arranging an early breakfast for example) but without being fussy or doing anything to spoil the air of peace and quiet. Set me up perfectly for a day's business meeting in Truro. The Roseland Peninsula was a lovely new discovery for me, and this was just a one-night stop-over - I will definitely try to return when I have more time.

Si tratta di una vera fattoria isolata nel mezzo delle campagna della Cornovaglia. Accoglienza calorosa e cordiale e buona colazione continentale. Peccato non aver trascorso qualche notte in più.
