I swear to you that my room was roach infested. I saw a couple when we first checked in and I tried brushing it off.
We left the room and came back hours later and there was a big roaches in my bed, I pick up the phone to call front desk and at least 4 little one run from underneath the phone. So as I take my kids down stairs to confront the front desk they say they will move me to a different room. So we come back to get our things and we started recording all the other ones we were oblivious to seeing in the corners of the walls and on top of the curtains. It was so disgusting I demanded a refund and to have Expedia switch me to a better hotel. Once that was done I checked in at the super 8 Bayfront and was more than satisfied.

I do apologize for the insect issue, it is one we are doing everything to resolve this. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I am very sorry you had to switch to a new hotel because of it.
