Never coming back

The room smelled horrible. The appliances were very old. Nothing stocked in cabinets in the so-called kitchenette. The entire facility was not kept. It looks good from the outside but not inside. We only stayed two nights and the floors were not vacuumed during the day.

Look elsewhere

First room we stayed in had roaches and no toliet paper. Moved to second room which we didn't see any roaches. Room was very small would not recommend for larger families. Beds were very uncomfortable and room had a musty smell. In the pictures online I saw a hot tub but there wasn't one when we got there. Pool was small but nice. No breakfast was offered here. Staff was friendly and close to all things port a offers. What gets me is that they make you sign a paper saying no refunds before you can see your unwanted guests or facilities. So you are stuck with roaches or you are out the money you just spent. Makes me feel like they know there are problems with facilities since that is in big bold print. My fault for signing anyways. Lesson learned the best hotels have satisfaction guaranteed. The only thing guaranteed here is that they keep your money.

Good location, but marginal interior.

The location was great. Walking distance to shopping and eaterys was good. Room condition was sketchy.....Handmade unfinished vanity, mismatched tiles and flooring, beds were hard........no chair for lounging. No continental breakfast. But one of the cheapest per night in Port Aransas.

The room had a bad smell. I opened the window to let it air out. The kitchenette and bathroom could use an overhaul. We didn't plan on spending alot of time in the room so we made it work. The hotel staff was very nice.
