Hot water for shower was almost instantaneous. Tv remote would not turn tv on; staff responded very quickly. On last day, Our room key was disabled 45 minutes before checkout time, which was not posted anywhere. This may have been due to the time change the previous week. Bed had a metal plate underneath that made noise every time we sat down on it. Smallest bar of bath soap ever and it didn’t lather up very well. Parking area faced street and had large water puddles near the trunks of the cars.
