Room fine-(Right Hand don't know what left's doing

Before we checked in I made a change on the amount of rooms to be booked with Expedia. Got to the hotel and they said they never got word of the changes made by third party. They did go ahead and make the changes it just took a long time. Then, throughout the stay the key wouldn't work for one of the rooms booked. Had them hold a bag of bottled waters for us in their big refrigerator because the refrigerator in the room didn't work and when we wanted to retrieve them--- they came up missing. Good thing it was something that they sell and could easily replace. Lastly, one of our people got bit by an insect and the hotel had no ointment or anything to put on the bite. Just kept saying "we just recently fumigated" !!
