Worst place ever!!

Worst experience ever!!!! Check in was supposed to be at 3 our rooms weren't ready until 4:30pm. The manager was rude and unwilling to compensate for our time and hassle. "that's the hotel process" is what we were told. It was 5 rooms total and all 5 rooms were held up for housekeeping. I would think they would be better prepared seeing as how we booked rooms weeks in advance. I will never stay here again and do not recommend anyone stay here.

Our check in time was any time after 3PM of arrival date. On Saturday everyone wants to check in before that. You came in 1PM in lobby and we informed you that rooms will be available after 3PM. Our check out time is 11AM and if we inform guest who is staying in since night before at 12:00 Noon to check out, they get upset too. We checked you in around 3:30PM. Now we have change our check in time to 5:00PM to reduce complaint like this. Thank you for staying with us.

The hallway to the room had a musty odor. Once in the room, overall room was nice. Bathroom had no shower curtain. There was no iron & tv didn't work. I asked the front desk for the items that we're missing. The night shift could not fix the tv. I told the front desk about again the next morning & they came to see about it. There's a switch on the wall as you enter the room that turns the power to the tv. Hence, the TV worked.

Was sharply awakened to be informed that checkout is noon and one needed to leave otherwise one would be charged another day. One did not appreciate the attitude given & poor treatment.

The hotel was a lot cleaner than what I expected from the reviews. Pool was awesome. Only down fall was in our suite the ac was in the bedroom and I didn't cool the other half of our room (where our children slept on the uncomfortable sleeper sofa)

Smelly Hotel

I paid $400 for two nights in a "2 room suite" that consisted of one room with a counter separating the couch from the beds. The entire hotel had a nasty spicy smell to it. Both mornings, they ran out of hot breakfast and had stale pastry. One of my room keys stopped working the first day and by that evening neither worked. I called and asked for extra shampoo( 3 girls) and they told me to come pick it up at the front desk. Sent my husband for shampoo and they gave him conditioner. The hot tub was a rotten avacado color- nasty. Bloody fingerprint on the toilet lid. Won't stay there ever again.
