Worst hotel ever

Management and staff only spoke and understood broken English, the room was in poor repair, basic instructions not heeded, like NO MAID SERVICE PLEASE!, and management walked into my room with a pass key without knocking! Horrible stay!

Well service was okay but the room was disgusting. The restroom had NOT been cleaned. We call the front desk and he said he was going to send someone but no one ever came. Also very unpleasant to have to speak with and ride in the morning. Will NOT be returning to this hotel.

Hotel close to the beach

Although it may not look like the best hotel ever, it does have its charming quirks to it. The hotel itself looks okay on the outside. Inside it is super clean. They have continental breakfast and check out is at 11:00 a.m. The elevator is super slow, so taking the stairs might be easier. The stairs are located outside of the building. The aisles on each floor are too narrow. The rooms are a comfortable size, but the restrooms are small and could use an update. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get us what we needed or answered any questions we had. The pool outside is cute and very clean. The beach itself was literally the hotel's backyard. A quick little walk there showing there was hardly anyone there. Although this hotel wasn't the perfect hotel, I would stay here again.

Number one hermit crab in the Room the shower didn't work very well asked 4 a smoking room they stuck me in a non-smoking room full of burn holes all over

The hotel was great about allowing us an hour late check out and providing an oceanside room at no extra charge as one was available. The property is aging and the price of the room compared to others reflected the condition of the room and the experience we had. I would stay there again, especially if I was on a budget.

Very cramped for a family of 4. No room to move around in. Location was good, but room itself left a lot to be desired. Only 2 towels were provided for 4 people. Bathroom was not the cleanest.

Weekend beach trip

+Good location right on the beach +Friendly staff +Fully loaded. Cold AC, Nice TV, Ref/Microwave -Bathroom was very small and kinda raggedy -Lots of "fruit flies" and bugs in rooms

Unhappy stay

Bathroom shower had hair still in it. Room had a musky smell. We had to change the sheets cause they smelled bad. I can keep going. I won't being staying there again.
