This is a Marriott?

Checked in at 4pm and our room preferences (high floor, away from elevator) were not noted on system? We were put on the 1st floor right next to the elevator and lobby. They did move us the next night, the pool was unusable, we were told we could use the pool at the hotel next door. The next day the pool was no better, not trying to fix it? Their idea of cleaning a room is poor at the best. They made the bed, emptied trash and took the tip, did not clean the bathroom, it was terrible. Did not clean the floor, wipe the counter nor clean the toilet. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa and the pillows and blanket were literally wrapped up and left in a ball on the sofa. When I tried to talk to the person at the front desk (Sat am) she picked up a pen and said she would notify housekeeping but it didn't look like she even wrote anything down. It was obvious that I made her mad when I complained. This experience will make me think twice before a stay at a Fairfield Inn, since I am a rewards member and have stayed at numerous Fairfield properties this says a lot. Should they keep the franchise? I will be making a formal complaint with Marriott about this hotel.
