Check in was at 3 PM I came in at 3 and went to the room. The room was not cleaned and beds were array. Came down to the lobby and waiting for them to get the room make ready. I had to ask after 30 minutes if the room was ready or will be notified if it was ready. The front desk asked which room. They didn’t even pay attention to what room we were and gave an excuse for something different. Definitely not staying at any other Holiday Inn Expresses!

Good breakfast, Professional and nice personal The only one complaint that someone next door slams theirs door in 6am in the morning, but they can't fixed stupid people.

I’ve stayed at many properties in Rockport and Fulton, and this is probably one of the most professional and best maintained. Plus a free breakfast makes it even better. It is also close to the water and has some shopping and dining options right around the property as well.

The hotel is near the beach which is why I chose it. Upon check-in, the hotel staff was more focused on their conversation than checking in the guests. The room was clean. The shower had very little water pressure. Our neighbors played music incredibly loud and you could hear anytime someone left their room because the doors slam so loudly. The breakfast was “ok”. Cafeteria grade eggs and bacon. No cream cheese for bagels. The pool was freezing cold so maybe they had just filled it but the ocean water was much warmer than the pool. Not a big deal to myself since we were there for the beach but my kiddo was disappointed because she couldn’t swim when we got back to the hotel. I’d stay for again for the convenient location but that’s it.

Smaller property with friendly staff. The room was big and clean everywhere except the shower. There was some hair pieces and a dirty spot between the faucet and shower head. But the rest of the room and property seemed very clean. There is another hotel that blocks the view of the water.

Simply the best!
I’ve stayed at many hotels in Rockport. The Holiday Inn is simply the best. I do not have a single complaing. From the cleanliness, to the amenities, and the breakfast! This hotel surpasses all the others I’ve stayed at. They charge a single fee for mine and my mom’s chihuahua’s and only ask your dogs don’t make a mess or too much noise. The room had all dove products, which are excellent for sensitive skin. There were towels allowed for 2 people! A Keurig was in the room, as well as a safe for personal belongings. In the foyer, there was hot water and tea/hot chocolate 24/7. The beds were clean, comfortable, and had enough pillows. Did I say this place was clean?!? It was SO clean and fresh smelling. The staff was kind and courteous. The breakfast was wayyy more than just typical continental breakfast. This is going to be my choice from now on when I make my annual trip to Rockport.

Check in was smooth and easy. It was convenient location for our trip. The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast was very nice, we especially enjoyed the eggwhite and veggie omelet and automatic pancake maker. The Rockport beach park is just across the street. But there was no easy crosswalk so we ended up driving over. Overall is a pleasant stay.

Not worthy, atleast for me
First - main door - we need to push/pull hard to lock the door. Second - bathroom also doesnt get locked. Water does not flush immediately in bath tub, it stays for some time. Shower does not work properly. Third - Curtains in the room are all broken, it was just attached as if it is needed and should be there. Fourth - Beds are not that great sleeping, they mive all the way. Finaly - breakfast is only the thing which is good.
