The rooms are half clean. Floors are always dirty. Holes in the walls. Shower heads will fall off if you touch it. If your looking for a cheap fast room this is the place.

Parking could have been better. As a single female traveler, I’d like quick access to and from my room and car. Mattress was older and a little uncomfortable for my liking. But will likely stay there again if I’m the area.

Attention needed on rooms
The room was dirty..hair in bed, and tub toilet paper holder falling out of wall. Had a car parked in front with people in all day and night. Weird...The comforter was in bad condition very itchy scartchy... overall pretty much sucked.

first of all smelled as if hadn't been cleaned for months holes on walls roaches and worker that checked us in harassed me and my husband was trying to lure my husband to his hotel room and was stating other tenants where complaining about our noise level and was just trying to create conflict we confirmed with other tenants that they where being told the same thing and was also trying to lure them in his room as well and offering drugs and alcohol i do not recommend this hotel unless under new management

We paid $25 to check in early and we were given a room with multiple holes in the walls. It was immediately reported. We only left our belongings and it wasn't until we returned to the room that we noticed how dirty it was. The beds had sand, there was clothes from the previous occupant and the bathtub had hair in the drain. After speaking to the front desk about the experience, they informed me that if I would have told them within the first 15 minutes they would have moved me to a different room. I informed them that if they are going to charge $25 for early check-in, the room should be in a ready condition. There definitely will not be a next time staying at the Red Roof.

The worst hotel!
I wanted to stay there because it was a dog friendly hotel. Upon check in, the guy at the counter wanted cash to allow my extra dog to stay. He wouldn’t give us a receipt. The money was for him. That seemed shady. Then when we went to the room, the bathroom tub had short hairs in the tub and one long hair in the sink. In the.nonsmoking room, it smelled of years of cigarette smoke. The floor was swept but not clean. We decided to check out instead of staying the night. I will never go back.

A bit unhappy
We arrived early and I politely asked about checking in early. I was immediately cut off and told that check in was at 4 pm. Also, if I wanted to check in early I was going to be charged, CHARGED, an extra $15. This was so disappointing to me because I’ve booked through hotels.com plenty of times before this stay and I usually arrive early and I politely ask if it’s possible to check in early. I’ve never been turned down by ANY hotel, especially if a room is already available. This was the first time and first hotel to ever tell me that basically I couldn’t check in before time and I I chose to do so, it would be an extra charge. I get policy and all that, but I had been in my vehicle for 4 hours with my grandkids and we really wanted the rest before we ventured out. Also, the pool was murky, like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Some kids were there and they were diving in despite being told that there was a rule to not do that. The pool was definitely a disappointment. The hotel was conveniently located within 10 minutes of everything we planned to do. The room was nice and comfortable, but we only had 2 towels in the room with 4 of us staying there. We did bring our own towels for the beach, so we used those. Most hotels have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles for visitors to use during their stay. There were none in our room.
